Almost went with the enclosed aFe intake and turbo inlet pipe but ended going with the N Performance intake and Shark Racing turbo inlet pipe because my build is "OEM+". That said, that aFe intake looks incredible, "OEM+" looking itself👍👍
How's the N performance intake an inlet? Love the look of it and wanted to get the strut bar just for the look but went with the Luxon strut bar from shark racing! But I agree the aFe def look OEM+!
@CaliforniaKonaN the intake looks amazing, very big and easy to clean the filter as you simply twist it out of the housing. The Shark Racing turbo inlet pipe is a 2 piece unit and according to my buddy who installed it because it was 2 pieces made install easier.
Your Kona looks awesome, I'm currently looking at buying a 203 Kona Elite and really impressed. Love the mods you've done to the wheels and exterior, great job!
Yes! I have a SXTH intercooler but the couplers won’t fit for aftermarket IC to aftermarket charge pipes so gotta get custom couplers cut and sized! Mike Jones on FB has done it though and has the couplers to fit both so going to see what he did and try to do as well!
@@KonaNthusiast ah what happened? Ha this time its just cause the SXTH IC is made for stock sized charge pipes so it's too small. But I've read online with couplers or the clamps on SXTH intakes having issues!

So with my intake, it only came with a coupler that matches the factory inlet, not their aftermarket inlet 🤦🏽♂️ idk why they didn’t include the bigger coupler as well. I bought my sxth inlet second hand, so I didn’t get the coupler from them. So I ended up having to buy a new coupler and clamps for my intake to work out

How’d the new drain plug hold up?
So far so good I think ha I didn’t check it too close but at the track didn’t have any oil leaking 🤣 so that’s a win in my book
