Looks like you may have been misinformed bud. Read the product labels. This "grey stuff" is actually labeled for "aluminum". I just didn't do a close up or deep dive in this video (we have many other). The copper type is more often used for "high heat". That guy should get a FCR carb for the drz if he is taking it out on the track. More power all thrue the rev range and much bether throtle feel.
