One of the most common frequencies known for its healing properties is 528Hz. For further information, I suggest the work of Dr. Leonard Horowitz.
According to the research of Dr. Royal Raymond Rife, 787 Hz is a primary frequency in the Consolidated Annotated Frequency List (CAFL) that is known to help with most ailments.

I'm not gonna lie, I normally listen to real music like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Tommy Emmanuel and alot of other great blues musicians, but I heard about this relaxation music and thought I'd give it a go. I have to say, it fucken works. Within 5seconds of listening to this shit, I quickly switched back over to listing to my therapeutic Stevie Ray, and I honestly haven't felt better since.

this is one of my favorites. i listen to this and visualize my cells merging and healing my body where it needs it and divine light entering the top of my head in the process. i don't know. something about the music and this track lets me feel it and visualize it. also, i have become aware of rife frequencies and have been trying to utilize listening to specific tracks for healing. i just love this recording though. thank you! it feels "epic" and transformational to me.

Aqui hay varias frecuencias a la vez, como músico y matematico se de lo que hablo. Un frecuencia es la cantidad de repeticiones de una nota de sonido en un segunto. 528hz es casi la nota Mi pero, aqui percibo muchas notas osea acordes y por lo tanto es una melodia de relajación por su armonia y nelodias. No necesariamente es sanación, pero la fe de cafa uno hace milagros, no necesariamente para todos. Asi que cuando se hable de frecuencia debe sonar siempre igual y sin variacion. Muchas gracias.

No soy musico pero entiendo que la musica es para disfrazar la frecuencia pura, pero ahi estan, en este caso la 528hz y la 787 hz. Al menos eso es lo que yo creo que esas dos frecuencias si estan presentes,

How do I know that this watching this video is giving the frequencies that it claims?
You'll feel it -- if it's good for you -- then it's for you -- if you have doubts or you feel some restlessness then move on through and WHEN IT'S FOR YOU - YOU'LL JUST KNOW. BTW-- I have been researching devices for measuring frequencies but it's rather complicated to find a multi use device which has a price that I can afford. I'm poor so nice iPhones are outta my league - but I have seen apps for iPhones which might allow you to get the raw data you're interested in knowing. It seems like it's ok to end a sentence with a preposition as of recently changed "rules"- but I'm just not sure....🫣
