If you want to send me an email at lepardproductions@gmail.com I can try to help you more in-depth, but in general if I'm taking a FOH mix and trying to also do broadcast from the same console I would definitely setup a bus for the broadcast mix. Then, I would set everything to send basically the same amount going to the bus, so it's almost identical to what you're hearing in the room and then I would just boost the send of the talking mics/pastor mics a solid 10db since those always end up needing to be louder for an online mix than in the room. If you have any sort of crowd mic you can also send it only to the broadcast mix that way.
Thanks for sharing, am still trying to get things write, you mix sounds excellent, after every service I like listening to my mix on my Bluetooth speaker, headphone, my phone and even on my Home theatre system, but all sound differently.. I need help..
Wow, the before sounds great compared to most church mixes, but then the AFTER sounds so full, crisp, clear, and easy to listen!
Great advise! For the listening examples: I think it would be helpful if they would be somewhat more gain-matched to better hear the differences.

Is this a FOH mix that you are streaming that you're listening back to, or a dedicated broadcast mix?
