Sable | Mount | Finish | Splitting Image Taxidermy

In this video, you will see Splitting Image Taxidermy's taxidermist will be mounting and finishing a Sable pedestal mount.
Our Taxidermist Ruwayne takes our standard Pedestal mount and reshapes it to a left turn mount. Once the mounting process is finished, the trophy mount goes into a 6 week drying stage. After this period our Taxidermist Andiswa adds the finishing touches to the mount, by removing and excess clay, doing final putty work and airbrush layering to bring the trophy back to life.
