3:05, Tried Catalina Crunch when I was in states, and it's so good! I had the chocolate variant, and I wish we had it in Europe! It's also natural in it's ingredients which is such a huge bonus as all of these protein foods usually are so processed.

Just like you, I mix most of my food together. My favourite and most used utensil to use is a Silicone Spoon Spatula. It's somewhere between a big spoon and a spatula. It makes mixing food easy (use a folding and stirring motion). I use it for other things as well like cooking and clearing off dishes before washing them. Much easier than using a fork! It's also very easy to clean because it's all silicone. Cheers.

Going to try that shrimp meal.. We always fail the kodiak pancake meal though, soft center and hard on the outer edges.. Great videos though.
Yesss! And it may be the bowl, might need to use a plastic bowl instead of glass or paper make sure it’s not tooo thick either or the center won’t cook right
