I just got out of a failed 20 today and i actually looked up your video for an example of what i have to deal with with defile and it tickled me that when i got to the exact part i was struggling with, i hear you say the exact words i said almost verbatim "can't see shit through defile I hate this shit"
So the font is "Expressway." You can change it in the Elvui UI addon under: Elvui>General>Media>Replace Blizzard, Name, Combat, Nameplate fonts. The key timer is an addon called WarpDeplete!

Been a while since I played UH in a key but I vividly remember my frustration with defile during that sea spout cast.
I would be really curious to know which addon you use for your key timer and about your font on everything even the damages that pop up on the mobs ^^
