      *Answer from Google*
Based on this suggestion for isotretinoin, it may be suggested to stop using tretinoin one month before trying to get pregnant. However, if you get pregnant by mistake during that month, the chances your use of tretinoin has harmed your baby are likely to be small.

In terms of habits for well aging that I try to keep to
    1. Cook at home and eat mainly whole foods - this is also good for saving!
    2. Keep to a skin care routine with sunscreen - recently started tretinoin
    3. Daily walks outside
    4. Sleep at a regular time and enough hours
    5. Pray for those in my life, for myself - grateful for the things I’ve been granted, the challenges I have learned from, the wisdom I have gained to discern where to act and where to observe
    6. Spend time and express love with those I cherish
May I request a video of your stretching routine? I would like to incorporate a habit of stretching so I remain mobile and limber 😊 Thank you!

My philosophy for healthy living is to live a life of divine plan. The length of my life isn't a concern; rather, the intent is on fulfilling my heart with what I set out to learn, accomplish, experience, and leave as a legacy of service, in hopes that it will propel those who seek to do the same seven generations onward.

Hello, I’m a 26 year old who finds so much comfort in your content. I have grown so much mentally in the past year and I want to say your advice and outlook has helped. I find myself being stuck in societies point of view and unfortunately found myself partaking in “party culture.” Which included neglecting my mental and physical health. I’ve taken your advice and tried to heal myself mentally and physically. I can confidently say I have grown as a woman and feel amazing. So thank you, all the way from South Carolina! ❤

I am 20 years old and for some reason I really like creating a lifestyle which will help me live my old days happily and healthily. I've been maintaining a good food habit and going to the gym and adopting a skincare. While some of my friends judge me for choosing to not eat unhealthy food first thing in the morning, I really don't mind what they think because this is who I am and I choose what I put in my body. I may be boring to them but I'm the most satisfied that way.
But I do let go if it sometimes because I like making memories with my precious friends that I wont see after a few years. I am just balancing out my young life and the possible decisions I can take to help me start working towards a healthy aging. You really inspire me Jennifer. Thanks.

I'm with you, Jennifer. I've found, as I age (I'm 55), I have no time or energy for negative emotions. I try to get rid of them right away. I'd rather be misunderstood than argue. I'd rather leave things "unfair" in a situation than ensure I get my fair share of whatever I think I'm losing out on. Because, in the big picture, we never say on our deathbed, "I should have gotten more respect, more money, more power, more, more, more." I want people to say, "wow! She was humble, compassionate, patient, selfless." ♥️🇨🇦

I was interested in your wearing a wide brimmed hat in the sun, although you look very fetching in it, we evolved to hunt in the midday sun whilst the lions and other beasties slept and scavenged their left overs. Since I cut out seed oils and plant foods I find no matter how hot the sunshine I don't burn at all as many others following a mainly meat diet also report. Admittedly the UK isn't exactly a sun trap..🤔 But we have our moments.🤗

The breathing part is so important, I've come to realize. I suffer from a pinched nerve, which reduces sensation/weakens my legs. You can't quite well at first glance because I can walk still. But standing for more than 5 minutes exhausts me. The odd thing is, my legs don't really fatigue. They can go for awhile, honestly. It's because my body panics, not knowing where the ground is. So, I unintentionally tighen up, and I'll catch myself not breathing or breathing shallow. I'm working on weightloss and planning for a surgery.
All this to say, do practice your breathing/yoga if you can! It actually can tell you so much about weaknesses here and there. Sometimes you got a sleeping glute, an overactive neck, etc. I'd recommend also looking up postural restoration 🙂 there's small connections throughout the body from seemingly 'unconnected' muscle groups/areas (i think one example is pelvic floor and throat).

Agreed on nose breathing. My nose is almost always stuffed up (wish I knew why) but I hate the results of mouth breathing. Also if you're tired no matter how much time spent asleep, you may have sleep apnea (no need to be obese).

There is also guidance that you should gain muscle in 20s and 30s while able to, so that joints and everything else is protected later in life, where you can still get around on your own, etc. especially since you start to lose muscle in 40s and 50s and beyond.

I'm afraid I don't really cook by recipes! Rather, I choose the foods that I prefer the taste and nutritive quality of, and I prepare meals simply using those foods with basic seasonings (salt, pepper, ginger, onion & garlic, turmeric, and extra virgin olive oil). I don't consume ultra-processed foods on a regular basis; only on special occasion indulgences. And I limit my caffeine intake to 4-6 ounces per day in the early morning; never after 11AM (because it will inhibit my sleep).

Hi Jennifer, I love your videos and your life philosophy so much!!
I have some questions for you which I'd really love to hear your thoughts on:
    1. what are your thoughts about microplastics, and plastic waste in general?
    2. do you wear barefoot shoes or try to spend as much time barefoot as possible? (edit: oh my goodness I heard in another video that you've been using them since 2011!! that is so awesome :))
lately I have been trying to reduce my plastic waste because 99% of plastic is not recycled. and microplastics have estrogenic properties and are linked with declining fertility rates.
also, foot health is very important to me and modern shoes are not the shape of feet, so they squish in the toes. they also weaken the foot muscles with the big pads that prevent us from "grabbing" our environment.
there's so much more I could say but I don't want to write an essay in the comments hahah

Frailty is associated with mental decline and mortality. You need to work all the muscles. The really important one is the glutes and hamstrings. Squat.

Hi I usually really enjoy your videos but I do have a problem with this one. First of all good for you that your doing a collaboration/product placement with a brand you like.
I don’t know if it is scientifically proven that your face shape depends on your breathing. Maybe your breathing habits come from the way your face is shaped. So im not sure that there actually is real evidence for your claims. The thing that really bothers me about this is seeing the illustration of the nose and mouth breathers with stereotypical beauty standards at the top and a face that is not „checking the boxes“ at the bottom. The whole theory is implying that first of all you are responsible for the way your face is shaped. So basically if you’re „unattractive“ or not (your words not mine) wich can be very harmful especially if it isn’t actually true. So I would be very careful with claims like that. Second it reinforces views that had their origin in racist word views like when you talk about the crooked nose („the Jew nose“ is a whole topic for itself). I know that you’re having the best intentions and don’t want do purposely say hurtful or harmful things but I really had to share my thoughts on this one with you. Still hope you’re having a great day. By the way, English is not my first language so I hope I Expressed myself well.

@@sweeettart0991 I’m gonna take a look at that but to me it all seems a bit like pseudoscience. When I look at the image of the boy she showed for example. I don’t know what the message there should be but in one picture he just opens his mouth. Idk if this picture is being used as a “proof” for something but it seems weird to me.

Why don't you have kids? You are over 40. 😢

Why do women have to justify not having kids? It's a legitimate choice. Also, is it appropriate to ask such a personal question to a stranger?

I keep my family & private life just that - private! That information isn't for public consumption.

@@twilightinavalon I'm 38 and don't have kids either and I wish I could. I am not infertile but I reject 99% of men and pregnancy is hard for my petite body but that does not mean I don't love kids. It is just hard for me to do it. That is why it necessitates me to ask women of a certain age this question to justify and fill the void. 🥲

@@JenniferMyers But, you don't want kids because you are almost 42, and defective child would be the result.
