Oh my gosh I just found your channel in the middle of the night. Love watching your shows. I grew on farming, my dad had a dairy and my moms family including my grandparents all humted and all of us kids hunted and my kids including my daughter who never wanted id into it now. We all love being in the outdoors of the mountains. Best place to be. We have built so many places to stay while hunting. Just like what you have done here maybe not so nice but great fun and place to be when your not hunting. You guys rock.

How long will it power an RV for?
depends on the consumption and what you're doing but the math isn't hard to do, generally these are measured in W/hrs (or Whrs) meaning it can supply n number of watts for an hour, and you can apply basic division/multiplication from there.
If it's just light's the answer will be pretty long, especially if LEDs and conservative use of them. Stuff like electric cooktops are going to consume tons of power though.
@@killingtimeitself appreciate you being in NV summer time will be using air conditioning 24/7 practically and of course lights in the evening cooking 🥘 will use fire electric stove once in a while.
AC will have a pretty hefty impact, the lights probably wont be significant, electric top cooking will be pretty hefty as well.
The vast majority of your usage is going to be AC and cooking, i can't say how long one of these would last, but like i said it's pretty trivial to find the power draw of these devices, and figure out how much power they consume, and then do some basic math to get an idea, usually things have rated power consumption on them, though they generally aren't all that accurate.
There are things you can buy that do power logging, like a kill a watt meter (i believe these have power logging, not certain). That would probably be the easiest way to do it, because then you just plug in the AC over the kill a watt, and log it for a days worth of usage, and that will tell you how much power it consumed over time. then you can repeat for the rest of your main consumers, and you will get a rough estimate.
The trickiest part of set ups like this is producing power, being in NV solar should be plenty accessible thankfully, though square feet of productive area is going to be the limit of course.
If you have an accessible grid connection that makes life easier. Unfortunately it's hard for me to give much more than some basic advice, i always recommend people familiarize themselves with the things they use, since it's generallyimportant to know. @@rollinchevys6134
