What an absolutely INCREDIBLE run this was. Mode"._ That said, I don't know if Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will ever be topped. Thank you, Nintendo!!! ❤🔥
Even though this is a port of MK8 this feels like a completely different game and that's why I love it so much! This game will always be marked as one of the greatest video games ports ever!
I really like the switch between MK8D and Booster Course Pass here. Great transition! It was an amazing game before the additional stuff, but now it's even better. Great job!
Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U was my favorite Mario Kart game of all time, then when Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was announced for Nintendo Switch, I was so excited. Then, when The Booster Course Pass was announced, I thought I was dreaming. Now, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is my favorite all-time Mario Kart game. Thank you so much, Nintendo. I can't wait to see what's next for the Mario Kart series.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is easily my favorite Mario Kart Game in the Series. The Booster Course Pass was the best DLC that Nintendo did right behind the Fighter Pass 1 and 2 DLC for Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Best Content Ever, Bro!😁👍🏾🔥
What started as years of fond memories on the N64 became the thrill ride I will cherish for the rest of my life. No getting chased by TIE Interceptors, no firing on your own tabanna gas, no raging over three AT-PT’s, no losing your sanity on Sullust, and more importantly, not having to deal with the fact that Moff Seerdon won an easy victory in Thyferra! Without cheat codes!
This is wild! Even today I still can't believe it Hey let do more similar stuff like this in the next anniversary (tracks not required)🎉🎉🎉🥳 This is so Nice!
Even if I don’t care for most of these Tour tracks, I’m at least glad they’re here so they aren’t locked to the mobile game. (Singapore Speedway’s great though)
I can’t believe the Mario Kart 8 era has came to an end after 9 years from 2014 to 2023. We had came a pretty long way. This really feels the ultimate Mario Kart.
What I find even more impressive then the quantity is the quality- sure there are a few hiccups but all in all almost every track in this game is so unique and fun. This game is truly incredible.
If only every game like this could honor the past and keep it fresh at the same time. I’m almost 40, playing Mario Kart on the SNES then N64 (etc etc) and now this great combination of new and old. That’s not easy to do. Well done Nintendo.
There was a 48 race option before, though I checked after the final wave and sadly didn't see it extend past that. Unfortunately you can't filter to just one of the two halves with random selection as far as I know (nor fix the first and last courses like in Double Dash's All Cup Tour).
Love Mario Kart so much. As a kid, Mario Kart was basically the only real game I had on my Wii. I used to play it so much that I became really good on the Wii. Now I will play MK 8 Deluxe and I want to get the pass for the other courses aswell :)
This is so cool it's to bad we didn't get all the fixes but I'm happy with what we got thank you Nintendo but really would be nice if we can use youtube with this game again it was a nice addition 30 seconds is just not enough for something big like this just being honest.
Honestly the music choices for the highlights were all fantastic- excluding the ribbon road segment. Seemed like a great opportunity to play the banger of the big blue track.
I'll never forget the day this game was first shown off live at E3. Man, what a time. A really close friend and I are so excited for the next Mario Kart game and the moment the demo became available at Best Buy at GameStop. My friend and I tried it twice each and it was a lot of fun. I also remember pre-ordering the game and paying it off right then too. It was so cool being able to come home after school to see that my parents already picked it up for me and I also got my pre-order bonus which was a poster. Turns out they gave me two of them since a lot of people weren't taking them so I was thrilled at that! I had a blast playing the original Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U and 100% of the game and definitely enjoyed the updates and DLC once it arrived! And then when Mario Kart 8 Deluxe came out I enjoyed the quality of life changes and new vehicles and characters that game had brought. My older brother and I were starting to really break the ice between each other and one of our best ways of bonding together again after so many years after high school was playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe together and getting perfect three stars on all the Grand Prixs. Now here we are with the booster course pass 100 and all 96 tracks out in the game. My close friend that I mentioned earlier is coming by this weekend and we're going to be having a blast playing this game together for Old Times Sake. Even though I have the game 100% completed, it is still a blast to play to this very day. I know there are some people out there that take Mario Kart super seriously but I've always just been an old fashioned casual player that will never change. I'll be looking forward to the next Mario Kart on the future Nintendo console. But until then I'll continue to enjoy Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with all of its content. What a wild ride it has been, and I have enjoyed it from start to finish. This truly is the best Mario Kart installment thus far and it will always hold a special place in my heart.

That is a HUGE amount of Tracks in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! This literally Made Mario Kart 8 Deluxe the Best Switch Game ever in History!
love this game man
What an absolutely INCREDIBLE run this was. The only complaints I have are that we didn't get more Battle Courses (both new & old), and no return of the fantastic two-players-per-kart gameplay mechanics and accompanying content/features via a _"Double Dash!! Mode"._ That said, I don't know if Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will ever be topped. Thank you, Nintendo!!! ❤🔥
I wish there was a 96 race mode in the VS mode, imagine the bored streamers marathoning Mario Kart tracks of all things.
Even though this is a port of MK8 this feels like a completely different game and that's why I love it so much! This game will always be marked as one of the greatest video games ports ever!
I’m looking forward to seeing what Mario Kart will offer us next!
I really like the switch between MK8D and Booster Course Pass here. Great transition!
It was an amazing game before the additional stuff, but now it's even better. Great job!
Thank you Nintendo for 10 years of fun
You've been playing on your Wii U for 10 years?
Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U was my favorite Mario Kart game of all time, then when Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was announced for Nintendo Switch, I was so excited. Then, when The Booster Course Pass was announced, I thought I was dreaming. Now, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is my favorite all-time Mario Kart game. Thank you so much, Nintendo. I can't wait to see what's next for the Mario Kart series.
happy 10th anniversery of mario kart 8!!!!!!!!!
Now we need the 96 course VS Mode update!
Even today I still can't believe it
Hey let do more similar stuff like this in the next anniversary (tracks not required)🎉🎉🎉🥳
This is so Nice!
Hey I found your comment! and I also found that
I actually agree with this whole post 35th anniversary Here We Come!
Yup Yup👌
I agree and if rumors are true we nay not have to wait too long for a sequel I do hope 🙏
I can tell the track thing might be a big ask anyway so I can imagine they go for more features & customs for it's 40th who knows now
It's Crackers isn't it mate?
Beautiful journey this has been. I look forward to the future of the series
What a awesome journey this game has been. I really wish they added Alt Costumes for Characters just like in Tour that would have been cool.
A 5-minute Mario Kart montage... Perfect!
Even if I don’t care for most of these Tour tracks, I’m at least glad they’re here so they aren’t locked to the mobile game.
(Singapore Speedway’s great though)
I care for most of these Tour tracks
I can’t believe the Mario Kart 8 era has came to an end after 9 years from 2014 to 2023. We had came a pretty long way. This really feels the ultimate Mario Kart.
What I find even more impressive then the quantity is the quality- sure there are a few hiccups but all in all almost every track in this game is so unique and fun. This game is truly incredible.
I love that they chose Rainbow Boulevard Wii for the last course. I loved/hated that map
@hiilikepizza3197 Rainbow Road* its called Regenbogen Boulevard in german and mistranslated
What a great journey this has been 😊
If only every game like this could honor the past and keep it fresh at the same time. I’m almost 40, playing Mario Kart on the SNES then N64 (etc etc) and now this great combination of new and old. That’s not easy to do. Well done Nintendo.
I wish an option was added to do all 96 in order
That Is A HUGE Amount Of Courses Almost To 100
Would be cool though if Nintendo would make it so that you can choose 96 tracks on Versus Race Mode
The longest number of tracks in the history of Mario Kart.
This definitely means we’re getting a 96 races option in VS, right?
WTH's wrong with you?
Hahaha
I really hoped for it.
There was a 48 race option before, though I checked after the final wave and sadly didn't see it extend past that.
Unfortunately you can't filter to just one of the two halves with random selection as far as I know (nor fix the first and last courses like in Double Dash's All Cup Tour).
Then the 144 course option. 😊
Best Mario Kart game to date. My son has the Mario steering wheel & gas/brake pedals, it’s so fun!
This video screams "oh you're a Mario Kart fan? Name all the courses"
i would failed immediately.. 😂😂
Love Mario Kart so much. As a kid, Mario Kart was basically the only real game I had on my Wii. I used to play it so much that I became really good on the Wii. Now I will play MK 8 Deluxe and I want to get the pass for the other courses aswell :)
This is so cool it's to bad we didn't get all the fixes but I'm happy with what we got
thank you Nintendo but really would be nice if we can use youtube with this game again it was a nice addition 30 seconds is just not enough for something big like this
just being honest.
This right here... doubt anything will happen but we'll see right?
Eh not much luck lass, too much time passed best to work with what we got now eh?
