- Former gang leader Kevin has just become a pastor. He is now trying to persuade members of his old gang to turn their lives around.
In this episode, he tries to reach out to two former gang associates. The first, Junior, is about to complete 18 months of parole. The other is on the first day of his release from prison. We see both men trying to resist the lure of making illegal money and the temptation to return to gang life. And we see how dangerous it is to be in nearby rival territory once you no longer have the protection of the gang.
Meanwhile, another pastor and his team take radical action to remove 16-year-old Jahiem from his area where his drug dealing brings him into contact with gangs.

Although I don’t agree with everything SPAC does, especially with the money worshipping side they are doing things for the community. They provided a safe house for that young man, which is more than you can say for other social services. If he’d given in those drugs himself with no protection, he’d probably be dead. But still, their appeal shouldn’t be just for money but for living a meaningful, purposeful life that GOD meant for you.

Edit: On a real one them man's 23 year sentences need commuting. You can't be giving man 6 years for manslaughter shaking a baby to death and then give life sentences for crimes in which no one got got, no injuries, no casualties. I do know that those men and women are pulling people out of gangs and violence into being clean and productive. So, as a Christian my responsibility is to pray for God's will in their lives.

The leaders of the church help them with business opportunities, as they work to change themselves so they can live and work in "normal " society. The head pastor talked about why the ones who go out into the streets to interact with the gang members are a flashy in episode 1.
Tithes. They give their drug money to the church as tithes and it gets washed, comes out clean and the pastor uses it to buy them cars.
That's why he buys them cars. He's basically doing them a favor.

When Pastor Kevin gave his friend the Bible and said this is gonna transform your life and if he didn't love he wouldn't give it to him. I believe that was sincere n that's what it is about, but they are misguided they are not being lead by a true shepherd who preaches the gospel so that salvation n real transformation can take place

Remember, Churches are not taxed. This pastor is smart, he's using the cover of the church to improve young men from deprived areas, Is that a bad thing? If he's not getting taxed, then he's able to use these extra funds to help out these men.
