Thank you:) yeah the sub has quite a bit of low bass output indoors it is incredible, unfortunately outdoors you are loosing quite a bit of that low end :/
Really cool. So the sub is controlled by a dc car amp probably 300 watts or so ? Its insane people would pay so much for the diamondboxx and soundboks qhen you make the same type of system for way less. I use dc inverters with custom class D amps to power my subs. Much better sound quality.
L3 is best $1000 i've ever spent on a speaker. but i'm getting the m3 next month as soon as it's available, L3 is too heavy to carry around when you're growing old.
if you take into consideration the weight difference and efficency the portable bluetooth speaker wins hands down the car audio thinks are like twice the weight of the diamondboxx. They have the same loudness, but the car Audio has deeper bass
The L3 sounds more convincing:) You still have to take into consideration that the DIY sub is for home-cinema usage and goes much deeper than the L3 and boosts bass between 30 and 70 HZ. And the Minirigs where "just " in sound-signature mode (no loudness or changings in the EQ) So all in all the bass from 70 Hz upwards was completely missing in my setup and the loudness of the minirigs could also be increased. That "mid- Bass" (70 hz+), sounds great outdoors (punchy and convincing), which is missing in my setup The diamondboxx has this kick and is therefore a more impressive listen :)
The sub sounds good, especially considering subs are only meant for bass
Thank you:)

what do you think about a minirig 2.1 or 2.2 setup instead?^^
just curious about that:)
Wait, if I rig car audio equipment with a car battery it sounds better than a portable Bluetooth stereo??? 🤦🏼♂️

12 inch woofer on the right?

a home-theater sub which hits low and has a high efficiency
Do l3 vs xl2

The L3 sounds more convincing:)
