  • Hi Clean People!
Thank you for watching my first blog post! Im excited to build a community where we discuss all things that cleanse, renew, and bring tranquility through NATURAL bathing rituals, feminine hygiene, oral care, and detoxing. Follow me on IG and FB at @thebathingblog
August is National Wellness Month which is perfect for what I want to cover in this platform. The term "wellness" is not about yoga and kale, it's the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind. Cleansing, whether through showers, baths, or detoxification are a tranquil time to refresh and rejuvenate.
It's also Black Business Month where I will be showcasing Black Owned natural products throughout August's reviews so comment and tag your recommendations or friends!
Lastly its National Water Quality Month as I realize my access to clean running water is unfortunately a luxury in not only other parts of the world but here in the US. I've supported Charity: Water (charitywater.org) and MD to Flint Water Drive (ron.lee804@gmail.com) as they truly make an impact by bringing clean water to local and global communities. I hope you feel compelled to donate as well.
To dive into my first post I discuss African Black soaps. There are so many variations on the market that claim to be "real" however are not made with natural ingredients. Let me know your thoughts and comment below.
