Thanks for showing this...now I'm going to start getting these. I understand your sentiment on coins when it comes to an exit strategy and I'm of the same mindset.
I enjoy those 10oz coins, 5oz ATB’s and the kilo coins. All great pieces in my stack. However, not stacking much silver these days due to premiums the last year or two. Luckily I already have my silver stack in place. Concentrating more on gold and platinum in 2022. Cheers & keep the stack growing!
I would rather have a nice 10 oz coin rather than a bar. Easier to sell if needed but the subject matter chosen for most coins is thought out very well, and the details really pop.
I have one of those lions in my collection. It's the only 10oz coin I have and I agree with you they are fantastic! I have my eye on a 10oz Germania coin but at $600 bucks, ouch!!!
#100. Like you said it’s personal preference. They are nice looking coins. I do have a 5oz ATB coin, and After I bought it I found it to be very awkward. Take care.
That Tudor Lion is amazing. I got one, because I want to collect all of the Bullion sizes for the Tudor Beasts, and all of the metals (Silver, Gold, and Platinum). I think I can get the 1oz pairs of Proof/Reverse Proof also. So, after I got the first 10oz Lion, I got two more. Now, I am waiting on the 10oz Yale, and the 10oz Royal Coat of Arms. They really don't cost much more than regular bars, and they will definitely be collectible, for sure. I wonder how many they mint. Super great deals, and they will always be worth more than a regular bar, you are totally right.
@@joju4072 Round takes up a larger footprint. Just Google it man what takes up more space, a square or round container. Don't have time to argue, it will be explained to you.
@@hotheadedjoelhaha It really does not make since to even look that up. Its like saying 35 sq feet is bigger when is in a round then a square. It's still 35 sq feet. No matter how you twist it. You cant put more in or less out. Its all the same no matter how smart you think google is. Its all the same.
I like 10oz cast bars because the premium is so low, no crazy designs, you're mostly just buying the metal content. I also have no problem sawing them in half to prove they're real when I sell them later down the line. I do like 2oz and 5oz coins though.
When you're talking about premiums that coin you were holding probably has 1/4 or 1/3 the premium of a silver eagle and I will take that 10-oz coin over a eagle any day for the cost
The name of the coins you mentioned is a biblical reference. "Tudor" = "2 doors." In simple terms, the light and the darkness. It's obvious which one the Queen and the other Powers That Ought Not Be have chosen. Words have meaning. Nothing is by accident. Christ says, "I am the door by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved." John 10:9. Slightly interesting/entertaining that you have chosen door #2 for your stacking.
I care only about metal. I don't pay more per oz for pretty designs or what mint it came from. Rough cast bars are fine. Metal is metal. And there is no metal "backed by a government". That's me. You do you.
Did y'all find anything else wrong with the video 🤣🤣🤣. And I meant reverse not "obverse." I'm reversing the coin so it made sense to use that word. It's actually quite sad that we have people who sit and wait for an opportunity to find any type of flaw in another. This is almost always just individuals projecting their own insecurities on others and are typically very toxic people to be around. Thanks for watching the video!
You can get the Tudor Lion for under 300 bucks which isn't bad because they might turn out to be as valuable as the queen's beast series those coins he has range in price because they're sold out so you would have to buy them on the secondary market
Those are very collectable I wish I would have purchased more of the 10oz queen's beast completers before they sold out

That's awesome to hear and yes the premiums are ridiculous 😪

I just bought one!! 😊..My first and my last 10oz Coin! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!
Dude those 10oz rounds look GOOD
They are coins, even better.
@@michaelmohrle1773 and the queen
Bought a 10 oz Kangaroo and her baby. I like the 10 oz coin because of the low mintage only 2,500.
10 oz silver coins are some of the best!
These are so much more interesting than bars. I have several of the robin hood ones. No bars for me.
This is one of if not the best deal on the 10 oz world. Got me a couple want more. They are so nice.
Perth mint has some beautiful coins
These were put out by the royal mint but I have some stuff from the Perth mint that I will be showcasing shortly!

The 10oz Griffin is a stunner....plus the 1kg Completer Coin....
Get the Royal Arms, Bull of Clarence and Yale of Beaufort too.

Have you added any 10 ozers to your stack since this video?
I wish the Canadian mint would mint some 10 ounce maples.
I would buy 1 just for the sake of having one but it's bars for me. Round objects take up more space than square objects of the same weight.
All the same size. Weight is weight. Liquid is not however.
@@joju4072 Nope.
@@hotheadedjoelhaha You realize you can make round storage containers? You actually save space.

I am a new silver stacker started with1 oz. I have switched to the 10 oz coins the detail are greatest thing going.
I agree the detail is unreal on these coins.
Mmm they look like pretty cool Beer coasters
lol
Bars take up less space
NO they dont? That is so silly
@@joju4072 Put one of those in your pocket then put a 10 oz bar in the other pocket.
I don't think so and these most likely will have numismatic value as collectors coins as well.
@@michaelmohrle1773 Yes, especially when they are the queen
Awesome coins! Been buying up Royal Mint coins and Britannias for years.

Those are some pretty but expensive coasters
When I saw those 10 ounce two door coins I had to have them
Low prices have looking at these possibilities…and bars a bit too
When you're talking about premiums that coin you were holding probably has 1/4 or 1/3 the premium of a silver eagle and I will take that 10-oz coin over a eagle any day for the cost
I stack for weight
Hahaha Do you own a smelting factory. If not good luck getting your money back.
I'm gonna need bigger pockets to carry these around
😂😂😂
Absolutely
Kilo bars you can find 2.19 to 2.50 over spot... but people do have a need for government issued stuff... but it's more than double that over spot.
Yes, this is true. I just like government minted stuff even though I know it most likely won't make a difference. Just like the history aspect of it.
Hahah you bought and didnt do your research.
Cooks Island Kilo is a very nice piece too.
10 oz coins carry high premium with at least 35 % or more !!!
This is true. I made a recent video on a stratedgy I use to bring down by costs basis.

When I say "backed by government" I mean gaurenteed, same thing..
They are beautiful.. 😍
Nice
I like them but don't have any.
The best deal on the market is 100 Oz bar
Not going to deny that. I've always target government silver/gold though. Just my preference.
Maybe it's just me but the correct pronunciation is Tu-Der, not Tu-Door. And it's Ar-MEE-nian, not Ar-MAY-nian.
You are correct, I noticed that too. And the queen is on the obverse not the reverse.

GOT MINE FOR 27. 8 an oz.
I just bought mine for $272 on ebay... IT WAS THE LAST ONE! 😊
@@SmithsnMoz JM Bullion also has them for a little over 272 which still isn't that bad I'm shocked that these have not sold out yet
Weird you put so much faith in government mint silver when government is the reason we're forced to stack in the first place
Haha what? Like the cheap stuff huh.
RCM bars are government backed.
True and are of same value.
FYI my man, it's pronounced "Too-der" not "Two-door"
Thanks!
Actually, it's not Two-door or Too-der.......it's Tew-der.
New here, I'm on board... But enough with the Bitc*es Face H-8 it. who cares what I think? WelderX
Nope. Anything over 2 oz must be a bar.
Hahaha good luck selling them.
Not for me to each their own
