Why milk? I freeze mine, works well. I don't use much milk so I freeze it in cubes to use as required. Thaws well in the fridge or if in a hurry in the microwave.
This did not answer the question that the title gives. It names all the frozen foods that are good for you, and what frozen foods that you shouldn’t eat. 😒

TLDR version, minus some product placement: Best Frozen Foods: leafy greens, strawberries, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, multigrain waffles, spaghetti squash, gluten free pizza crust. Worst frozen foods: milk, cheese, celery, cucumbers, other watery vegetables
