I keep reading "Tekken 8 minute combo" and not "Tekken 8, minute combo"
there's already a pipe character separating 8 and minute
You know what?.......If I didn't read this , I'll still be reading it as 8 minute combo lol

A 1min combo would be extremely impressive
For easy 64 damage, you can do d/f+2, f,f+2~F, SEN 3, d/f+2, d/f+1, f+2,3~F, SEN 2 T!, dash u/f+3+4,1+2. You can even pretty consistently fit another d/f+1~F before the SEN 2 tornado for 66 damage, although this is a bit tighter and will drop off-axis more often. I prefer this route not just because of its higher damage and lower execution, but because it saves the tornado for later into the combo, making it easier to adjust for wall carry.
Easy with the Math formula equations.
For real 😅@@WARLORD626
That's lower execution? Lol
it's not hard at all. @@mrk4510
@@mrk4510ff2 sentai 3 juggles are really important to learn for Reina and I actually think it’s pretty easy to learn. It does so much corner carry and damage. You actually get more damage from electric ff2f 3 than her double electric bnbs, so this is a combo you can just learn and keep using even at a high level
Referring to "burning your entire bar for one combo" as the "overheat combo" is sick and should be widely adopted
Where's the other 7 minutes
In the '|' between '8' and "minute'. 😁
@@LordViktorHun88 Life of the party you are
I was hinted FF2 F Sen 3 as an extender before the t! I like it for nearly every launch on Reina for consistency.
Some nice Reina combos
df2, ff2, SEN 3, df2, df1, f2,3, SEN 1+2, CD 1,4 does 67 damage. No need for electrics either.
You just have to delay the SEN 1+2 and take care not to over-delay the CD 1. Otherwise it's pretty reliable imo.
This is the one I've been doing too.
You can also do df2, ff2, SEN 3, df2, df1, f2,3, SEN 2, u+3+4, 1+2 for 64 damage if you don't want to delay the SEN 1+2 (it's pretty consistent though)
Late but you can extend this further with
from f2,3, df1, SEN 1+2, CD 1,4
You need to time the 1,4 a little though
Are you sure about CD 1, 4? I'm dropping in on the wall
@MerrStudio yup, sure. CD1,4 only works midscreen. At the wall, you should be doing your wall combo.
Otherwise, CD1,3 works if you realised too late that you're at the wall.
Will master her someday, I like her Taido Karate and the fact that she is a Mishima
We need a new Hwoarang video (with JSRF music), and the rest of the cats of course
Huge
you can do also df2, ewgf, df2, df1,1, f2,3f, df1f, sen 2, run up uf3+4,1+2 for 67 damage + wall combo but it's tight
I use this one in Purple for 67 damage off of df2:
Df2, ff2f, SEN3, df2, df1, f2,3f, allow the Sentai to finish, df1f SEN 1+2, HW3,4
If you want it closer to English; it looks like a launch into your classic ff2 sentai 3.
Followed by another df2 and a df1. Then using f2,3f to get back into sentai. But this time you wait out the Sentai so you can do a regular df1 at the end. The tricky learning part is to roll this df1 immediately back into Sentai by holding forward afterwards. Once you’ve got that, use Sentai 1+2 to tornado them and enter Heavens Wrath. Then do your hunting hawk.
Utilising walls: If you get near a wall, when you get to your f2,3 into Sentai, use Sen 3 to place them high in the wall. You can get upwards of 95 damage in this scenario.
If you start near a wall, you can just open the juggle with f2,3f, Sen3. You can get them a bit closer by repeating your df2. If you misjudged it, you can get them even closer with df2, df2, df1, df1 😂 then you do f2,3f SEN 3.
Wall combo. For the easy one, do 3,2. The jab. Then stomp.
I do this though: B4 is a reliable splat because it’s a mid. Then you do b1,1,3f, SEN 1+2. It leaves you facing down the grounded opponent at the wall in heavens wrath for a mix up.
why not the Ulsan combo in advanced? much more reliable than uf1.
Ff2>sen3 df2, df1 f31>sentai 2 uf 3+4>1+2
I’m gonna say this right now best of luck to those who try the advanced combo as I just spent 3 hours trying to land the ws bit consistently and the first 2 were trying to land the ws
expert combo seems really suboptimal
You can do :
df2 ; f n df2 ; df2 ; df1,1 ; f2,1 , delay ; df1, df, 1+2 ; df , delay ; 3,4 for 70 damages.
Do these require perfect electric or just regular electric
in the last combo, is the stomp into the punch guaranteed? i know that in some situations the opponent can techroll away and punish it
They can tech roll after the first hit if they are in a face down state as far as I am aware.
If you hit their back with the stomp they can tech roll otherwise I think it's always a confirmed followup.
i js started tenkken 8 n have no idea how to das ( i play on ps5 btw)
Seizi atashio ..
Could just be my poor execution but the final heat combo doesn't seem possible on Xiaoyu? I tried it on her and couldn't get it, but on Victor it was pretty consistent.
you have to adjust your combos for xiaoyu and bears their hitboxes are funky
Where's the lars guide☹️
Damn this characters sick⚡️💜
You forgot ff3+4 combos
Bro think he's playing geese 😢
Nah middle grounds I despise them. I'm going straight to advanced.
What's ⭐ mean? Also which Arrow means" hold down"
that means neutral, you let go of any directional input
@@majidshahani2437 thank you very much. Do you know what moves that are like (24) mean? They have parentheses around them. It'll say ( then the graphic for hitting 2 and another to hit 4)
@@mrk4510provide an example, but usually moves that are like "(2,1) 4" means you whiff the 2,1 or they don't connect and you hit the 4. if they're like [2,1] or 2~1 it means you press them in quick succession. the colon such as d4:1 means it's a 'just frame' so you press the second button the moment the first one hits.
also the arrows that are black inside mean hold.
@@majidshahani2437 thanks so much for taking the time to explained that for me. That's exactly what I meant. I've always just played Mortal Kombat and just picked up Tekken 8 when it came out so I'm new to it's Move list. Thanks again. 🙂👍💯
the best combo for reina's df2 for me is :
df2 - ff2 sentai 3 - df2 - df1 - f2,3 sentai cancel - df1 sentai 2 - T! - uf/u 3+4,1+2. its so much easier, yet got the real wall carry thing that she had. mid video btw not like usual tbs i feel like. (no hate tho❤)
Someone already commented this lol
S
her combo damage leaves a lot to be desired tbh
df2 is secretly broken but noone seems to care. It has same range as jacks df2 which is insane for -12 ob 15f launcher
funny thing, now try this with a player moving like crazy, the only problem with reina is the lack of low attacks,
at least for me, it seems all characters have a good mix of low attacks like jin compared to reina, she only goes for mids and highs
ay hes just showing combos not how to land the launcher
Down back , hell sweep, from stances
Unbreakable throws are effectively lows.
either UB throws, low pokes, or safe hit-confirmable pressure high's like 1-1-2 are effective conditioners to get people to duck. And she still has hell sweep.
god step df4 4 --> ws4,4 --> ~d --> d3,4. the last 2 attacks start from heavens wrath and ppl tend to interrupt them so you can mix that up with simpy heavens wrath 1 to condition them not to interrupt you but yeah.
i also like f1+2, 3 but thats punishable af xD
Bad guide.
how so?
