bravo......just grand,Thanks so much to the Stevens High School Choral ...you were all so very good and on my birthday no less......big pat on the back to all.....
I rarely make comments but this deserves one .... as a lover of classical music.... this was Awesome ..... a great way to introduce younger generations to classical music... and very funny
Funnily enough I saw that piece with Andri Rieu other night with full orchestra. What surprised me was how many adults outplayed and out sang the orchestra. I say hundreds of adults and senior citizens singing in Unsion and transported back to their childhood. Long live music.
This was awesome. I yearn for the times like this way back in 2018 when people of this age were capable of tearing their smartphones away from their faces for 3 minutes 24 seconds to produce something like this.
The Music Director had a great sense of humor!! Did Acapella four years in High School, our director was good but humorless. Wish all choirs were like this one!!
Excellent! I’d only make one change .... have ALL 6 guys do the jumping/hopping. That most certainly would have been hilarious! Young people are wonderful; had a few myself. ♥️♥️❤️ 🙏🏼
oh jolly oh this piece was quite exquisite! I’m actively crying laughing rolling on my floor right now😂 I especially loved the part where the young chaps on the right did the Gangnam Style!🎉
It’s the sign of an intellectual to listen to the William Tell overture without immediately thinking of the Lone Ranger. Who wants to be an intellectual anyway...Hi yo Silver, away. Get em up Scout.
This idea would have been great for my choir class to do. I enjoyed school choir classes from Jr high to high school. The local choir groups for a few years with my dad. This was so interesting and looked like fun.
This is a party of the overture to a four hour long opera about the Swiss revolutionary whose assassination of a local ruler allegedly led to the formation of the Swiss federation.
Yes, I knew this music before I had a clue about the Lone Ranger, who was never alone and usually accompanied by an American Indian he called Tanto. But... My name is Kimo. I have frequently been called 'Kimosabe' I am bi-polar in thinking about this piece of music.
If only I had the money... I'd petition The Vatican to somehow make Rossini a Saint! To celebrate... have these awesome people perform amongst other, equally awesome Rossini admirers with The William Tell Overture!
This is why music needs to remain in schools. Music and the arts stay with you for life.
I love it when choirs think outside the box! Nice job kids keep up the great work!
I remember back in the day when YES did a song acappella called “leave it” and it was great
This was an amazing and hilarious rendition...job well done !!!
bravo......just grand,Thanks so much to the Stevens High School Choral ...you were all so very good and on my birthday no less......big pat on the back to all.....
I surrender! I surrender! They are coming for me! What an awesome great performance and wonderful time for performers! FR
Absolutely Brilliant!😃 it appears both performers and spectators immensely enjoyed this!
Unbelievably AWESOME, AMAZINGLY FUNNY.
Superb and throughly entertaining.
This was great! Good job everybody.
This was wonderful! My day has just been made brighter. Thank you.
Some people say classical music is boring or stuffy. It doesn't have to be. This was wonderful. Bravo!
Absolutely brilliant! A great way to make classical music fun.
They were great. Everybody seemed to be having a great time. I would've lost it cracking up laughing!
Absolutely amazing! You guys were great. I’m glad I stumbled across your video. Continue to break legs and shine!
Sometimes I find something that is so much good fun that it makes up for an otherwise ghastly day. This has put my smile back. Thanks.
😃😂👍🏻!!!!!!
Absolutely Great! I laughed with tears.
I rarely make comments but this deserves one .... as a lover of classical music.... this was Awesome ..... a great way to introduce younger generations to classical music... and very funny
LOVE IT!! THE THIRD GIRL FROM THE LEFT REALLY PUT SOME EFFORT INTO HER PERFORMANCE!
As did the two guys on the right!
Great sense of humour. What a laugh with brilliant timing and playing. A real hoot.
Bravissima. This put a much needed smile on this old face.
LOL!!!! LOVE it. Great Job.
I love how they fell down at the end but were able to get back up and finish it off. Cheers! and Bravo! Salute!
BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!🍾🍾🍾
Stupendi!
Funnily enough I saw that piece with Andri Rieu other night with full orchestra.

I say hundreds of adults and senior citizens singing in Unsion and transported back to their childhood.
Long live music.
As a retired music teacher, I commend this one! I must add that those sophisticated lyrics must’ve indeed taken many rehearsals to master, LOL!
As a former choir member, those are very difficult to sing. 😂
I just love the background giggles! Greetings from Germany! That was awesome!😂
Very, very well done!
Beautiful
This was awesome. I yearn for the times like this way back in 2018 when people of this age were capable of tearing their smartphones away from their faces for 3 minutes 24 seconds to produce something like this.
What a joy, great dance moves;ho yo silver
Awesome!
Brilliant.
Made me laugh so much. Well done. Very entertaining.
Love it, funny and young people being clever, funny and cultural.
Brilliant! Watching Justin Awad, I would doubt that current students know what William Tell Overature is, never mind get this amazing performance!!!
Who says classic music is boring. I would love to see an opera done by this group.
Priceless!
Hilarious….hanks for sharing🤣🤣🤣
Excellent! Well rehearsed and performed.
So well done so funny thanks for posting
Great job guys!
Excellent!
This is one of the greatest and most original videos I have seen.
The two fellers on the far right are so into this its awesome
The Music Director had a great sense of humor!! Did Acapella four years in High School, our director was good but humorless. Wish all choirs were like this one!!
Maravilloso
Excellent! I’d only make one change .... have ALL 6 guys do the jumping/hopping. That most certainly would have been hilarious! Young people are wonderful; had a few myself. ♥️♥️❤️ 🙏🏼
I was thinking we gotta show them the opening scene to Monty Python's Holy Grail. Can't have too many coconuts. I do like your suggestion, too.
Absolutely enjoyed this. Will send this link to our high school choir director. Loved playing that song in high school band over 50 years ago.
Magnificent!
Impressive for HS - could pass for college! Loved it
Brilliant - lovely voices too.
Clever
Love it
I’m in hysterics, crying and laughing at the same time. Thank you for posting and the ‘orchestra’ for providing a touching piece!
The Lone Ranger will never be the same again after looking at that,! 😘🐎
Declan O Connell
greetings from Down Under. this is the best version i've seen. should be on AGT
The young lady, third from left, front row had too much personality to hide! Well done!
TOTALLY 💖💖
How can't you see The Lone Ranger and Tonto riding to this ?.
Yes she does. :)
Betting she was in the theater group too.
Loved it! 😄
Love it!!!!
Return with us now to those thrilling days of yesteryear…the Lone Ranger rides again!
Yes
Hi ho Silver.......away!!!
this is a patriotic opera not a schiaby music for an indian killer ero.
Aha! …to those of a certain age!
That was great.
I love this! Thank you so much ! ❤️
Clayton Moore would have loved to have seen this.🤣
EPIC!!!
All these nice folks!!!
Now I know why the lone Ranger took his trash to da dump to da dump to da dump dump dump...
Cool !! That was very good and funny. Well done.
oh jolly oh this piece was quite exquisite! I’m actively crying laughing rolling on my floor right now😂 I especially loved the part where the young chaps on the right did the Gangnam Style!🎉
Terrific!!!!
Fantastic!
This was wonderful! So entertaining!
perfekt
God bless bugs bunny for exposing my generation to awesome classical music! We done guys
it's nice to have some fun
USS Ranger would play this song on the launch of every strike mission.
3 girl from the left and the 2 giys on the right made this. Good job by everyone but those 3 are in the moment.
That makes it even more fun is that they managed to find a style of dress that was flattering on all the girls despite their differnt body types!
I'm sure Clayton Moore is smiling in heaven hearing this song..he was the lone ranger along with Tonto his sidekick and Silver and Scout.
Thank you especially for the Scout reference. We were wondering about the name a while back.
Scout was Tonto's horse and Silver was the lone rangers horse.
It’s the sign of an intellectual to listen to the William Tell overture without immediately thinking of the Lone Ranger. Who wants to be an intellectual anyway...Hi yo Silver, away. Get em up Scout.
Who arranged this piece.
Okay, so what was the name of Dan Reed's horse, you so smart?
Isn’t this alone Ranger? I thought Will Tell was from that great series Crossbow.
FAN-F'N-TASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bravo! 👏👏👏
2:05 - Who was that masked man?
This was wonderful! Well done! Very difficult to perform.
Funny moves and still sounds good.
Next up the ride of the Valkyrie or the flight of the Bumblebee.
Flight of the bumblebee would be sAcReLiGiOuS
This idea would have been great for my choir class to do. I enjoyed school choir classes from Jr high to high school. The local choir groups for a few years with my dad. This was so interesting and looked like fun.
Yes a big grin from me.
If I don't miss my guess, the VERY adult Fairfax Choral Society (VA) this very version years ago. But this choreography was much better. Well done.
fab
🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Funny how a piece of music about a man shooting an apple off his son's head in medieval England became a Western.
This is a party of the overture to a four hour long opera about the Swiss revolutionary whose assassination of a local ruler allegedly led to the formation of the Swiss federation.
Old joke: how can you tell an intellectual? They can listen to the William Tell overture without thinking of the Lone Ranger
😄
I guess I'm pleased that you got it in before me.... I was going to say "cultured" rather than "intellectual" but same difference. Cheers ;-)
🙏
Where does The Lone Ranger take his garbage?
To the dump, to the dump, to the dump, dump dump
Yes, I knew this music before I had a clue about the Lone Ranger, who was never alone and usually accompanied by an American Indian he called Tanto.
But... My name is Kimo. I have frequently been called 'Kimosabe' I am bi-polar in thinking about this piece of music.
The sign of a true intellectual is on hearing this and immediately thinks of the William Tell overture and not the Loan Ranger!!! well done guys
The "Loan" ranger? He's not a bank manager.
I'm suspecting the 3rd girl from the left to be the one who had this idea :-P
Every time I watch this, it kills me
If only I had the money... I'd petition The Vatican to somehow make Rossini a Saint! To celebrate... have these awesome people perform amongst other, equally awesome Rossini admirers with The William Tell Overture!
Where does the Lone Ranger take his trash? To the dump, to the dump, to the dump dump dump.
This song has no words
That means that is not a song.
Two guys in the upper right corner gives us a bit of Gangnam Style as well...nice touch.
Two guys...gives us...
Music & dance movements for the insane ( In a good way that is.😁😁😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👋👋).
Who doesn’t want to be a kid again.
