Is Sazerac Rye Good Enough to be So Hard to Find?

Today, I have another Buffalo Trace product for you. It's Sazerac Rye - also known as Baby Saz.
The whiskey was born in New Orleans. It is now distilled in Kentucky at Buffalo Trace in Kentucky. The company was founded in the 1800s. it's incredible that the brand still exists!! These days it is known as being yet another Buffalo Trace product for us to chase.

Got a bottle when visiting Louisville. Haven't cracked it yet. I'm a long time bourbon drinker , kinda new to rye. A bottle we got at Smooth Amber changed that for me. I've tried a few since. At Whiskey Thief in Frankfort I liked the rye barrel pour the best.
