The smoothest 2 I have tried are the 90 proof Bernheim Original Wheat Whiskey, and the Makers 46.

Buffalo Trace is not worth the money, tried it, not worth it.

It’s one of the Flaviar calendar samples. After tasting it there, I definitely plan to get a bottle.

I would add Michters US1 bourbon and Jack Daniel’s single barrel to your list.

Of these, Woodford DO is the best, and Buffalo is a distant 2nd. (The other three are okay for well drink mixers, but they are not that good (for my taste) for drinking neat. (or even on the rocks). Woodford DO seems to run about $65 in my area, so it is not my daily drinker, but it is what I grab when guests are here.

This is one of the best suggestive reviews I’ve seen. All great bourbons. I do prefer Old Forester bourbons over most. Buffalo Trace products was top of my list before I tasted Old Forester 1920. Woodford Reserve is my personal favorite.

Woodford double oaked is really good, but Buffalo Trace is right now my favorite, but it's allocated here in Alabama. I can drive about 25 minutes across the Fla line and get it at a secondary for $32. Something you didn't mention that I really like is 1792. It's flavor profile is a lot like BT, and it's available at the ABC for about $30. Thanks for the ideas!

I'm in the UK so that selection of bourbon is somewhat limited and more expensive than the US. My daily drinker is Four Roses Yellow Label. It's cheap and it's good quality and it doesn't burn. I like higher proof bourbons but I can't drink them daily. I keep the stronger stuff for the weekends.

Honestly this was the driest finish I’ve ever had. Not for me. Not for anyone but maybe a goat.

Woodford Double Oaked is one of my favorites. So glad it's reasonably priced. WDO, and Widow Jane Decadence, are the only bottles on which I currently have backups. I don't want to be without them.

Well the Woodford Reserve sounds great, but Buffalo Trace has a strong sharp finish in my opinion so I’ll try the Old Forster 100 & the Woodford Reserve double.

Ty so much. After a third round of Buf Trace, I grabbed a bottle of Double Oak and OMG it's too damn good. It's the FRIDAY bourbon. Thank you for showing some bourbons that are not the typical Bulleit/knob lists and variants of! I am trying these all!

Being a trapper one of my friends sent me a bottle of this, im not a drinker so itll sit on my shelf until a very special occasion…spiked my interest thats why im here, super cool and good to know it’s enjoyable

I get a pasty ending and smooth is in the middle the first note is cinnamon. It’s not worth 70. I just got this for 48 at ABC. This isn’t a 5 year old batch. Even if you seep it. No. My batch is 24-301. Classy bottle but no. Buy this only on sale

Walked into my Kroger store yesterday at the same time a rep was walking in with a case. I was able to get one for $204 out the door… highest proof ever at 107. I’m hyped!
