I was literally trying to find this specific video I search lego ww1 and kept scrolling trying to gunfire out the thumbnail picture to a surprise that I found it :)
I always thought the coolest part was when that one soldier covers up the grenade and it explodes and then there are red bricks everywhere. Very creative
Alright, however dont forget that he is younger and therefore has far more spare time which i dont have anymore. Btw it was my videos who inspired him to make videos like those so im pretty glad in both ways =)
Me being 11, I do not have any nostalgic memories of these amazing stop-motions. However, I will most likely watch these videos later on in my life, and therefor have the nostalgic memories I am missing out on. JsLegoMaster, if you end up reading this, I just wanted to say amazing job and that I hope you are living a nice life and living it to its fullest. Sincerely, from Ernest.
The m249 is pretty much always used with the bipod unless a emergency situation doesnt give you any other option. But weapon vs weapon fixed on a shooting test range the m249 is more accurate becuase of the heavier and longer barrel - ammo is same.
Gallipoli was a campaign not a single battle, in those months many battles were won and lost but the campaign was lost overall but this is just some mins of it
I like the regular lego rifles better because with the brickarms enfield rifles you have to use monopods. Also AMAZING vid you inspired me to build my own WW1 battlefield out of lego! :D
I remember watching this video when I was 8. Ahhh the good ole days when life was simple and All I worried about was being able to afford more legos. 😭😭
Hey man, I know you haven't uploaded in a while, but your animations are awesone. I really like the Star Wars like text at 0:13! Hope you will start uploading again in the future!
Idk if you’ll see this but I saw an old comment I left 11 years ago. I still use legos because of this and while I ember got into stop motion I do actually animate now! And I can trace that back to this. Such good memories
Well its a normal cap. I cutted the forward bit of and painted it black. They had a bit different helmets the turks, but its still good looking I think.
wow! really nice vid! i love legos and i loved how you made things witht hem, like the MG or when the grenade drops and the guy turn over it, then its all red :P nice one :D:D
0:52 I can also hear a sound effect that is commonly heard in Italian Macaroni Combat films background sound effect I like this sound effect too Plus it’s not common we hear it these days however it does sound good.
Hi it's legoww2maker again and I just wanted to say, all of these parts inspired me to make a series called the story of sgt Edwards. Unfortunitley I was never able to get to it. By the way good video.
Thanks, Well the uniforms are decals, printed (see my video about uniforms). Well I got pretty lot of lego, so I just needed torsos in rigth colour. The rifes are from old lego sets, Machinegun are self bulit, grenades/pistols are from Brickarms. The british helmets are original Lego prarts, the german oney are lego cpas with cutted off front and then painted balack or white. I can give you the link where you can find the declas if yuo want.
yes thank you for makin this i love wwi lego animations expecialy yours. A little constuctive critizism here not tryin to be rude but when the turks or germans were charging at the beginning looked like they were walking you should try to make them go fast a lil bit more but besides that everything else was great!! good job
Well I think ww1 is more simple, the Infantry has a much bigger role than in ww2, in WW2 air superiority and manpower was probaly the bets advantages but in ww1 the air superiority was not much usefull.
Remember watching this back when I was like 7. I always wished that i could make stopmotions too.
nice to see u here
:)
I like your films too Phoneix Stopmotion ! :-)
+Brúnó Barakonyi Thanks! :)
No. Me thanks, there aren't so many good stop motion chanals, but you...you are a nice one ! Thank you !
Can’t believe this video is 15 years now
Never forget this classic

@@Aaron-8989 Better than most movies today ngl
Oboy how time flies.
Indeed!
I remember seeing this for the first time last decade, in 2009!
Have you been on UA-cam these ten years too??
Yep!!
indeed it does!
11 years now... wow this brings back the memories
I always thought the coolest part was when that one soldier covers up the grenade and it explodes and then there are red bricks everywhere. Very creative
And the other soldier slips on the blood
If only I had the time, money, resources and skill. But never in human history will this be ever be able to be remade.
Why did he disappear
+- iJacxb dunno
+- iJacxb I meant that I'm pretty sure no one will be able to fully remake this, authenticlally
ahh
I was literally almost 3 years old watching this. It is my 16th birthday today, and I’m reliving the good times :)
I still come back to this series every now and again. This was the grandfather of all the war stop motions, and it's beautiful
Alright, however dont forget that he is younger and therefore has far more spare time which i dont have anymore.
Btw it was my videos who inspired him to make videos like those so im pretty glad in both ways =)
When will u start posting again ):
@@yajvinanimationstudios7854 He quit years ago, and won’t be coming back at this rate

We didn’t realize we were making memories, we were just having fun.
I loved these and I remember Mr Pearl Jack and his battle of Singapore. Good times man. Also love the Swedish flag in your pic.
"Sergeant Winterbottom, are your men ready to attack?" has got to be the best opening line ever :)
I remember when i was 6 and this is the only stopmotion available and now i make lego ww1 ww2 stopmotions in my channel
me too

The enfield ones weren't released in that time, look at the date.
Im glad to hear that, Brickarms even supports me because people like you get inspired and buy their stuff XD
I remember watching this video when I was 8. Ahhh the good ole days when life was simple and All I worried about was being able to afford more legos. 😭😭
Oh, The british desert helmets are from old adventures sets,
the white caps are from police sets, turk helmets are cut cpas and are sold in many sets.
This made me make stop motion and films
best thing about your vids is the epic animation and controling more than one person at the same time
That was possibly one of the best Lego animations I have ever seen! How do you have so many identical minifigs and so many rifles?
Hey man, I know you haven't uploaded in a while, but your animations are awesone. I really like the Star Wars like text at 0:13! Hope you will start uploading again in the future!
3:54 what he should have said was
Sargent Tailor: oh my god there are 14 of them.
Sargent Winterbottom: Fuck...them...up!
Idk if you’ll see this but I saw an old comment I left 11 years ago.

Dude you need to watch "Fourth battle of Ypres" by Snooperking
No idea which month, but the D Day movie will be my biggest project. Like my final goal as a brickfilmer.
why the turks speek german?
There were some German units helping the turks at Gallipoli
ActionBrickTV because they speek it better than inglishes

Helix Knights I’m making a joke
They were the bilingual brigade
Thank you for my favorite stop motions to date
Wish he would make more vids
I dont really use baseplates, cuz you can not make craters with them. However my set is like 50 x 50 cm big
Did someone notice that the turkish troops speak german?
I love your movies! There's some much simplicity to it. It's pure lego! No special editing. Just awesome!
I wish battlefield 1 was this exact!
accurate?
Well its a normal cap. I cutted the forward bit of and painted it black. They had a bit different helmets the turks, but its still good looking I think.

oh my god, you are amazing at making movies!
you know, this is actually pretty realistic for a lego video. It really captures the hell of those battles.
I like how u had the guy jump on top of his own grenade that is awsome I've never seen somebody do that before great job
Fantastic video the best way to start off a video series!
i came back for the nostalgia lmao
i love when the guy dives on the grenade and everything turns red. very creative

God this takes me back
@TXHIBRID3 these vids are the best ive seen for a real long time keep it up jslegomaster
i love history AND lego. that's why yer my fave channel
Looking back, JS has probably been the single most influential brickfilmer in our rich history. It sure as hell was for me.
In ww2 officers mostly ony had pistols, they were superior in close combat.
man, i like you lego videos, nice work xD

The guys are yellow actually, which is white for minifigs.
Black minifigs are rare, only shown once in one of my movies and have brown plastic.
