    Seems like the best way to burn the most calories is weight + movement. I was surprised hiking with an infant burned more calories than actually running for 8 mins

      It’s running for 30 minutes at an 8 minute mile pace

      Of course if you'll do running for an hour you'll burn more calories than hiking uphill with a baby on your back

    Cycling for 30 mins 298 calories
    Circuit training for 30 mins 281 calories
    Elliptical machine for 30 mins 175 calories
    Yoga for an hour 281 calories
    Palates for an hour 210 calories
    Hiking with weights for an hour 583 calories
    Running for 30 mins 404 calories
    Hence Running burns the most calories in an hour 808 calories

      But running for an hour is a lot more fatiguing than the other things, especially for your CNS.

    Circuit training depends on your muscle growth usually heavy weights and high intensity burn more people losing weight which usually are begginer usally don't do burn that much

    this isn’t accurate, I burned 162 calories on the elliptical in 22 minutes, so it would be around 441 calories burned

    I prefer cycling because you can sustain it a much longer time than running

    Lmao but i can burn 400 calories by just sleeping for some hours BUT here is the point the goal shouldn’t be burning calories instead you should be focusing on controlling your starve and be in a calorie deficit REMEMBER all exercise are not meant only for burning calories they are more commonly for you to improve your overall health,joints,muscles etc❤🎉i hope this helps and give you a clarity about CALORIES AND FAT LOSS

    Ngl sounds like you are not trying very hard on the elliptical lol I am 200 so I have a burn rate advantage but I shoot for 930 calories when I do an hour session on the elliptical so Atleast 465 every 30 mins.

    Lies! I burn anywhere between 350-450 calories in just 25 minutes on my air bike by simply going 80% max effort for 30 seconds and coasting for 2 minutes for 8 rounds

    I honestly don't care what anybody has to say I would rather walk for 5 hours every day then working out for 1 hour and burning the same amount of calories
