If you add about a half a container of Tofutti cream cheese to the mix with a little more powdered sugar, then you’ve really got a creamy and decadent dessert! My family loves it!

Just pop the bowl into the fridge for an hour and then remove from fridge, grab a spoon and dive right in! :D Looks yummy, and the next time I'm home alone (i.e. husband out for the evening and daughter in bed), I'm tempted to try this!
