REFINED it's so the exact word to define your recipes, your videos and your couple. It's always a pure delight to watch you and learn from you. Thank you very much from France.
Coconut version is rich but expensive and the fact it can be piped makes it super versatile. The aquafaba version is super cheap (depending on your extravagance for chocolate) and quite like. Two beautifully simple recipes! Thanks! ☺️👍🏻 Edit: a little tip for the coconut version is to put the coconut milk in the fridge first before skimming the cream off the top, because otherwise the cream is often mixed in with the coconut water and that won’t whip.
I was wondering where the chocolate was going to come from in the coconut version....and then I saw cocoa powder! Even better (cause that's usually what I have, all the chocolate gets eaten and I don't usually have any leftover haha)
Hi: Love your videos, especially since you always show two options. I searched your channel to see if you had a recipe for oil free hummus. I thought you had one; however, I couldn't find it. Again, I enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing.
Hi guys this is so elegant looking I'm just crazy about coconut. Congratulations on another brilliant production . Have you got any coconut butter recipes to share ?
Thank you Bill! I appreciate it. Coconut butter? Well, I dont have a recipe per se (I can definitely film it) but it is really easy to make. All you need is desiccated or shredded coconut and a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
@@NutritionRefined hi.. spectacular day in Australia here . I hope your all well. Yeah I make coconut butter that's easy .. but what could you turn it into .. I make like a frozen thin vanilla bar with dried chopped up blueberries that keeps it crisp for a treat .. that's nice but I'm sure there is a super recipe somewhere like your delicious creams ? 🍨
Can't wait to try, as a fairly newish vegan, I am tired of everything tasting like coconut. I will try the chickpea version. Fingers crossed 🤞, thanks!
Yea, for me this thing is really overwhelming, cause I hated coconut taste long before go vegan. Also, there is one other option - you could use water+dark chocolate ("Herve This chocolate mousse")
Yes! I have never tried it with a liquid sweetener, but I know that cocoa powder and powdered sweetener works. However, the consistency will be a little different. The chocolate makes the mousse set (as it hardens). The cocoa powder and powder sugar would make it fluffier (lighter).

I think it would be possible. However, I also think that it would be tricky because if you mix chocolate with just a little bit of liquid, the chocolate will seize. Depending on how much liquid there is (in the coconut cream), the results will differ. If there is quite a bit of liquid (this can happen especially if you're using canned coconut milk and scooping out the cream), the chocolate will seize at first, but then loosen (which might produce runnier mousse). If there is too little liquid, the chocolate might seize and the cream will turn grainy and pasty. If there is no liquid, it will work just fine.
I do this all the time! Gives a great texture to the mousse, more stiff. What I do is melt the chocolate and blend in the blender with the coconut cream, some cocoa powder, and sweetener. Then I refrigerate overnight before whipping. This is especially good if your coconut cream doesn’t whip as perfectly, as it gives more structure

I *definitely* prefer the first recipe, with the real Chocolate.
Can I use liquid sweetener instead of the coconut sugar in the coconut cream version?

Can you make with just cocoa powder?
Is it possible to also pipe the aquafaba version?
More vanilla makes almost every dessert taste better. Try incorporating that :)
Agreed! I will give it a try :)

Will you someday teach us how to make fermanted nut cheese?
YES! It is filmed already. I have a lot of content filmed. It just takes a lot of time to edit it.
I will never descart aquafaba again!!
Is it possible to add cacao powder to aquafaba mousse with sugar like in the coco cream version? thanks

Can i freeze aquafaba for later use? And how long can it be stored in the freezer till it expires?

how about whipping up the aquafaba, and then mixing in some coconut cream and the chocolate
who already tried,?
Do you still get the peaks from frozen and defrosted aquafaba?
YES!
There is nothing quite like watching things get piped...

2:01 I used LSD. This dinner party got weird.
My question is ,
why not add dark or semi-sweet chocolate to the coconut cream mousse?
Wouldn't it make it richer and
more chocolatey ?
This recipe is made to be dairy free. Yes, using chocolate would arguably make it richer, but dairy free chocolate can be expensive
Mmm is it possible to have melted chcocolate blended coconut cream instead of cocoa powder?
You'll probably have problems with oil separation and with the warm mixture holding on to the air bubbles.
@@MushroomMagpie but she said to allow the chocolate to cool down... and then mix it.

The coconut cream recipe looks perfect for what I’m looking for. However, you don’t give amounts of each ingredient. 😞
