Whats the distance between the planer and spoon. Also do you use a wire trace to avoid losing the spoon?
Great video! For trolling spanish, what size ball bearing swivel should I use? Would #3 be strong enough? Also, what kind of knots should be used in tying to the spoon as well as the swivels?

if youre chasing the breaking fish and jigging is that lure youre using on that rig a good choice?
A metal jig would be a better choice for that type of fishing.
