First of all I think the video was heavily leaning into hyperbole and comedy while also providing real and useful tips, he's not wrong that most people out here are trying to play overwatch inside of deadlock TURN BACK AND HELP ME FFS.
@@DeadHatzDos yeah losing is a pretty normal aspect of gaming, if you're gonna have a hissy fit every time you lose then maybe you shouldn't play games
that feeling when a game, that isn't even released already has people calling eachother imbeciles: there isn't even ranked, and you are already prying your asses open over this game
if you havent played mobas then this game is simply not for you. its too hard you will inherently suck. go play some dota/lol first. iirc dota will even make you play a whole some of bot matches before allowing you to queue
Questions from a guy who has never played a moba: - what are some other specific things I need to be communicating with my teammates? - when you say farm is it just getting souls from enemies and those neutral camps? is there anything else I need to be doing when farming apart from boxes and statues? - I feel like I can hold my own during laning but when guardians and walkers go down for either team, I don't know what I need to be doing. Should I be joining teammates in pushes or just holding my lane? I'm assuming it'd be best to actually talk to teammates to figure out what we're doing but in general is there something I need to be doing more specifically in the end game?
1. If you see the enemy build an item that may counter some of your teammates let them know. Also let your team know if you are buying a counter item so multiple people don’t waste money on the same item (like curse for an abrams ) 2. Pots, creeps, and kills are main income source. If you’re really broke try running urn when enemy is busy for some free souls. Or help in fights but play safe enough so you’re alive to get souls from assists. 3. If you are winning in end game take up enemy farm so they cannot come back. And assist your kill leader if you have one. If you’re losing the enemy will usually split push so it’s smart for your whole team to take em out one at a time which will force the enemy to back, or get wiped. If they’re all together you’ll need 1 or 2 high damage guys to come from behind while the rest of you distract from front. If you’re struggling to push into enemy base, try to get 1-2 kills with your team then take mid boss.
Another point on #10: you can middle-click enemy heroes that you see, and the game will call it out over voice chat. Alternatively, you can hold 'tab' and left click on enemy hero icons on the map to call them out. Good luck, have fun :)
wow, i hate the delivery so much. also shit is entry lvl which anyone could get after a 5-10 hours of the game. damn, wish MOBA Community won't be assholes like this
The last tip is very helpful especially if you sucks at picking a fight and turn your score board into 2/18/3 or something. Get that double souls gain as fast as possible so you can either quickly catch up or get a lead :3
