Hi Aiden! Love all your videos, they are really clear. But I couldn't find the answer for this question: I'm going to register my clothing brand under an intent to use, but I'm not sure if I'm going to have proof of certain items on the class 025. This is the thing: Can I register a few goods like t-shirt, pants and hoodies but send the specimen only for t-shirts, or I need to send proof of use for all the goods that I registered under the same class?. I hope you understand my question. Thanks!!!

Can I begin to sell my product without a trademark and still be okay until I do a trademark, I am aware that with the uspto first come first serve when it comes to trademarks but I want to know if I have the product and the first to use it will I be able to still have protection over it until I can trademark it? And can I email you?

'Options' is plural, never use plural and singular in the same sentence. Same goes for past and current and future tense.
