Love the idea of this album with the pocket and double tags. Seems a fun project. Wish I could buy less than 50 sheets of chipboard. Will have to shop around for that.

If you have bought scrapbook paper or art paper padded you may have something of the correct weight as the back of one of those pads. That looked like a pretty lightweight chipboard so a cereal box may work.

Definitely find what works for you, Susan. I realize a 50-pack is a lot if you're only going to make one. I use chipboard so much, it's worth the amount for me. If you use a cereal box or the like, perhaps you could paint it with gesso, then a nice soft gloss white paint?

Recycle! I use cereal and cracker boxes. If you want thicker, you can use PVC glue to adhere multiple sheets.

I wish I could say I have a formal schedule posted somewhere, but I don't. Thank you! That would work well for places where I say to use cardstock, but you'd still need chipboard for the covers and spine.
