Everyone has a different way of ranking things out of 10 so use this for future reference:
1-3: just different levels of straight up bad
Anywhere from F to D- tier
4: means its below average or fairly bad
Tier list equivalence: D tier
5: average or indifferent. Either because it massive mixed bag or I simply just don’t give two shits about it for whatever reason
Tier list equivalence: C or C- tier
6: its ok..I enjoyed it at the time but generally don’t care for it after the fact
Tier list equivalence: Higher C tier
7: Pretty damn good. I really enjoyed this product and think back pretty fondly of it even if there may or may not be some problems (B tier)
8: Great product. Something I’ll look back on and think about more than usual. Sometimes media in this tier can even be on the cusp of being an S tier but certain things just hold it back

9: Fantastic. Truly something excellent and is a valid choice ‘best of all time’ or 10/10 in many people's eyes. What sets apart a 9/10 and 10/10 for me is purely down to personal preferences and impact.

10: You have been my hyperfixation for more than a week. These are things that I will actively talk about and try to further my understanding of. These are my favorite pieces of media ever and I can’t imagine them not existing
Tier list equivalence: S+ (SS tier if needed)
Also at the end of each video: Record = One Piece Saga

5:10 funny you mention this bc is pretty true. 70% of the villains in OP (or even more) are that type of "true evil". This was mention in a interview of Kishimoto (naruto) how he wanted to be different and make most villains grey and saveable(isthisaword?)

17:00 you're 100% right, this makes the series less (not only here, but everytime this happens). I always read every interview and thing Oda has said, and i think i have a feel why this happens. I don't think in Oda mind he's doing the best thing ever or a new odyssey, he does a story where people can be happy reading, every age group, i think that killing characters goes against that.
I, and the internet, think that he is doing one of the greatest stories ever told. But to him OP is to inspire people to make the greatest story ever told.

You should really explain and elaborate your issues. Like in 8:11 you keep bringing up issues and likes but rarely elaborate, and something not well like with Mr.3
The reason I don't elaborate on those specific issues too much is because they're not super BIG issues and elaborating on them would honestly ruin the pacing of the video. Like I could talk about them in more detail, but the trade off would be that you're getting a less entertaining video. It would be boring for people to listen to and boring for me to write. It would still be important to bring up as those were feelings I getting during the arc so I try to make up for it by at least showing you which scenes i'm talking about. But aspects of the arc that are much bigger like Crocodile and the Pell fiasco will ofc be in much greater detail.

If you wanted to "save the pacing" you could of had the video just go over two arcs. And no just showing panels doesn't help, it just says how many problems you have.
