What setting do you run it at night?
Can’t figure out what sleep or eco modes do.Don’t see any difference in them besides the temperature
i use at night 26 C temp and blower in 1 gear

I've been thinking about doing the same thing but I wanted to look extremely professional because I have a brand new truck and I really don't like the fact that the line comes out on the side I would rather have it come out through the rear and be hidden behind the wall or even better yet a under the bunk evaporator.
How's you charge or refill the a refrigerant gas or freon, how many psi in the low side of manifold guages?
as directed put 600 gram Freon also before put gas make sure vacuumed whole system if you don't have vacuum then find near shop

No worries if you cut and extend but you need to buy or borrow an AC hose crimp tool from amazon or other place or find local ac hose and fitting shop
I crimp two separate locations coz i use firewall hose connector coz i don't want big hole lose space for dirt and noise

Actually they send 12 feet 2 hoses also wire ...if you want straight fittings...if you wana custom hidden fitting then local store thay made custom hose as long you want these are hose 10 and hose 6 orrrr you can buy crimp tool from amazon it you able to do it yourself

45 to 50 amps when use strong mode and i just try in LA temp 115F it works
Hi you just earned a new subscriber question how many hours do you get sleeping comfortably out of the battery bank that you installed for it
So far i test it without charging 6 hours on normal operation (not on strong cooling mode)

I just put this unit in my dump truck it works fine while I’m driving but when I stop an idle it seems to pull more power from my batteries then it’ll shut down when the voltage goes below 12v .. any suggestions
My suggestion is try separate batteries
Coz when truck running RPM 1000 or more alternator produces full watt that mention on sticker so when low rpm too many things that run so alternator lose watt (power) so best practice is use separate batteries with isolator
And try use ac in ECO mode

For 110v you need inverter and inverter draw lot of current so generator is best option for 110v ac

Ok, look in this case you have to do little more effort so you have to know BTU / Watts of you ac than according to that you have to find an inverter that handle 110v ac after that you have choose batteries according to your inverter watts that give you proper backup and don't know how many it depends.....so its little big project.

Ok, i install group 31 batteries set of 4 (expended life batteries)that are separate from starting batteries, i use aluminum in frame box behind cab later I'll make a video for battery setup

Do you charge batteries while truck is running? Do you use manual switch or some kind of automatic relay to separate batteries from factory batteries when you turn off truck? Can you post relay details if there is one between batteries? What wire is used as signal to close/open relay is there is one?

How long does this AC can be running withough recharge the batteries?
5 to 6 hours so far i have checked coz i didn't stopped more than 5 hours anywhere so if you can find 31 group more amps batteries that's long last

Hola, Utilicé 4 baterías para el motor de arranque y 4 baterías para la unidad de CA. Mi alternador es estándar o puede actualizarlo a 320 amperios. También instalé un aislador de batería para separar ambos bancos de baterías para que nunca se agoten las baterías de arranque, instale un cable 2/0 AWG desde las baterías de arranque a las baterías de CA. debe instalar un fusible o disyuntor en ambos extremos por seguridad

Same alternator, but these battery bank get only charging from alternator, use isolator to separate from starting batteries

Why do you install isolators? Maybe DC-DC Battery Charger is better , between truck battery and house batteries
Dc to dc better option you choose that too but remid it sucks more power to maintain full house battery so make setting it work when truck start other starting batteries quickly die

For extended time, use deep cycle batteries ......so i installed otr ECL 700 but you can find more CCA for extended time
LiFePo4 with dc-dc charger would be better
Thats way better but remember connect charger power on wire with ignition or separate switch. Otherwise its too fast and it use starting batteries as source of charge and eat them as quickly. So make it work only when truck start.
