Another excellent video, as always. Good photography and well explained description of the tasks involved.
Good to see, "how to do jobs", on a Nissan Micra.

K11 good simple mechanical cars, easy to fix. Bit basic, but for a city run about really cost efficient.

They’re very cost effective to run!

Need to replace the same lines on my car soon, good to see they just run to the bias valve and not all the way to the master

Certainly makes it easier to replace them that’s for sure 😄

Excellent real world description Max.Could you clarify--when making the pipes does the micra need a DIN or SAE flaring tool ? I want to buy the correct tool for my 2000 year k11. When gravity bleeding is it best to have the engine running for the Sevo to make things easier? Or could you just leave the pedal and just wait ? Thanks for taking the time to upload.M

The servo only makes it easier depress the piston into the master cylinder bore so when gravity bleeding it won’t make any difference - and if you’re just replacing a line and have no other work to do there is no real reason to gravity bleed it at all you can just get straight on with a normal bleeding procedure DIN and SAE are just automotive organisations that set standards, as long as the thread on the fitting matches the thread pitch and diameter inside and outside as the old fitting then the line flare itself doesn’t really matter that much especially not a bubble fitting out of copper that will still seal up against the caliper or whatever other fixture it threads into like a bias valve etc

what caliper did you buy? Will an abs model caliper work on a non-abs car? Thanks for the great video
