18:17 the way I see it, Blitzo didn’t blow his head off at that second was because Fizz was having a really bad anxiety attack. If you remember in the fist episode of the second season and the previous episode, Fizz makes it very clear that he isn’t like Blitzo at all as in he doesn’t like blood or gore or danger. If Blitzo offed him then and there, it may have put Fizz in an even worse state.

People forget in a Season 1 episode we got sinners who on Earth were inventing a de-aging machine to save the world's 3 trillionaires but failed cause they forgot to test it out on the poor...like they usually do. Based on that its safe to say it all is more advanced in timeline compared to real world.
Spindlehorse truly outdid themselves with this episode! Seeing Fizz escape his abusive relationship with Mammon and truly feel secure with Ozzie was so wonderful! The voice acting, animation, and songs all made this massive episode a treat!
Agreed everything in this episode was so good and probably the best episode of Season 2 so far. I personally really related to Fizz's anxiety and pressure for the approval of Mammon. Fizz may be my favourite character after this episode.
People are always surprised when Blitz doesn't shoot Creepo at first, but forget that when Blitz and Fizz were kids Fizz is grossed out by blood. Blitz saw Fizz was going into a panic attack and chose not to make it worse for him at that moment and just gun butted the asshole away. All so he could focus on comforting Fizz. As for Mammon saying Oz will regret his reveal, it definitely gives ominous feels. We don't know the laws, but who knows. Maybe it means stuff is going to go down in the future. I never heard of this episode coming out after Hazbin Hotel, I always heard it coming out around Halloween, but who knows. The twins that you think is a new demon species I believe are Imps/demons from the Envy ring, so Leviathan Imps. At least thats what many speculate.
They’re definitely from the Envy ring, which is an aquatic zone. But look at their horns. It’s fair to assume that that rules them out as an imp species. A type of succubus perhaps, given their on-stage performance. But I also wouldn’t rule out water nymphs such as undines for their inspiration.

I think they're whatever the fish thingies are, you know like the woman and her kid at the doctor's office in western energy, and some other minor side characters we've seen. Probably not imps or succubi.

The way I see it, Glitz & Glam are basically playing to what Mammon has setup as 'being a clown' which is just loud, flashy n exploitable as all hell, where as Fizzarolli is actually what a clown is, a creative n passionate performer who entertains n affects people on a deeper level like the lil deaf child n others.
I figure most people are thinking of some Australian comedian like Jim Jeffries or something when they hear him but might have heard him on stuff like the Rick and Marty special or saw some bit of other shows and just didn't realize it

I think the reason why Ozz might come to regret confirming his relationship with Fizz is the most obvious but one I've noticed a lot of people never noticing. His relationship with Fizz, as beautiful as it is, is a weakness of his we've already seen someone exploit before. Now that he publicly announced it, his enemies and rivals will eventually try to find a way to exploit that weakness.
There's also the fact that from all the Sins, you would think he would be the only one against love. They even stated it at Ozzie's. They've been trying to hide it and pretend it's only physical because Ozzie is Lust. Fizz knows it and agreed to hide it, that's why he throws away the newspaper that calls Asmodeous a hypocrit. I'd love to see how they met and at what point Ozzie fell inlove. Must have had a crisis.

You can be all about lust and still be able to love, you can be all about gluttony without overindulging till it becomes a problem. It in a way humanizes the sins.

The thing with the twins is that they’re barely clowns, they feel like they’re just barely masquerading as clowns to get Mammons favor, which luckily for them he doesn’t seem to care about in the slightest. Like Ozzie said, he doesn’t even do clown shit anymore. He only cares about what makes him money, and they only care about getting his favor. Honestly it’s a match made in hell, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they become Mam’s new brand after this. (I highly doubt that pole is enough to perma kill them.) I'm so glad to see Kirby suffering the same experience I had from Glitz and Glam. When I first watched, I verbally said, "Oh, they're hot!" That is very out of character for me. Also, Klown Bitch has been in my head all week, and I know all the lyrics to the full song.
As soon as I saw Glitz and Glam in the Discord a few weeks ago, I was of the same mindset. And I knew Kirby was likely going to feel the same. They give off strong Shigo vibes.

I've seen people say that he probably knows sign language due to losing his voice after the accident, which would make sense since his vocal cords have obviously been affected so it wouldn't be surprising if there was a time he possibly couldn't speak. And the idea that the horns represent their hearing, so if one is broken they have less hearing in it or possibly death. The two ideas are cool and would make complete sense why fizz knows sign language. I would also love it if ozzie knew sign language himself, it'd just be so adorable seeing the two having a conversation through sign language.
The trouble with that theory is that we see in the flashback that all the flesh was melting of his arms from the fire. It's hard to do sign language with no hands.

Like to see some Envy demons with the sisters as it and its sin, Leviathan, have yet to be mentioned up until now. Also, in case you haven’t caught on, being a clown in hell is equivalent to being a rock star. So, yes, it is lucrative. Lastly. Though there's no rule against Ozzi dating Fizz, doesn’t mean it's not horribly frowned upon. From what we've seen, hell has a huge classism problem. It’s why Stolas got called out for sleeping with Blitzø at his club. Remember, we only met three sins out of seven so far, and though Bee might be okay with it as she's dating someone lower on hell's totem pole, Mammon showed that not all of them are as cool as she is. So, Mammon's threat was more directed at harming his reputation.
It’s also because Ozzie is the literal sin of LUST, so him actually being in love with Fizz and not just screwing him for fun is hugely hypocritical. I have a hunch it could also damage his position as a sun too. Looking forward to how that plays out
Bee is openly dating a Hellhound, which are considered to be the lowest on the totem pole, and no one seems to have an issue with that. Stolas at the time was still married, and honestly despite the song calling them out it felt as if Ozzie himself was praising him for following 'the spirit of lust' judging on the lyrics. Then that convo later clarifying to Ozzie that, no, it's more than that, Stolas loves Blitz. It feels like Stella and the others of her ranking might be the only higher-up demons with an issue with it so far. For Ozzie though, things might a bit different because of what Sin he is in particular... Lust. Lust and Love are often in conflict. Ozzie has constantly been trying to hide the fact that he's genuinely in love with someone, let alone it being the headliner for his strip club restaurant thing. He's the embodiment of Lust, and he's in love. Now that it's out in the open that the Sin of LUST is personally straying away from the surface-level sexual interests towards more loving and deep relationships, with one specific person no less, his reputation among the hierarchy may be severely damaged.

As the supposed embodiment of lust, I imagine Ozzie falling in love would be quite the scandal within his circle of hell. His and Fizz’s relationship was labeled in the tabloids in the previous episode as hypocrisy, so I imagine it’s gonna cause a PR nightmare for Ozzie, maybe even cost him his position as king of Lust. If that happens, without his authority, power, and resources, who know how vulnerable him and Fizz may become.
Thing is love and lust aren’t mutually exclusive. For example, Gomez and Morticia Addams are clearly, obviously madly in love with each other, but that passion that they constantly show each other is born of a lust for each other. Ozzie could play up that love and lust can coexist. He’s still King of Lust, but he’s not one dimensional.

Kirby's not wrong with asking if Glitz and Glam are meant to be clowns. Their song is less them proving that they're clowns and more them explicitly stating that they're okay with Mammon exploiting them. Fizz's song's message also isn't about being a clown, but he's doing classic clown stuff while he sings so he's a better clown.

But now the same scene, only with color doesn't get picked up. Yes that is the Sigil of Mammon. The double ringed sigils were originally created for the real life grimoire, The Lesser Key of Solomon in which the 72 demons of the Ars Goetia each had a sigil. Eventually other notable demons not listed in grimoire like the Peter Binsfeld classification of demon lords (the Seven Deadly Sins), Baphomet, and the demons named in Dante's Inferno also got Ars Goetia styled sigils. Everyone is so surprised that there's more than one song in this episode when the title is literally "Mammon's Magnificent MUSICAL Mid-season Special". Like, I've lost count of the number of reactors who are shocked by this. Yes, the seal you see plastered everywhere is the Seal of Mammon. Queen Bee and Ozzy have one too (all the Sins have one) but their seals are highlighted in their intro episode thumbnails. For some reason this episode is missing the thumbnail seal for the Sin introduction. If there's an official explanation for that, I haven't heard it yet.
Killing a Sin is near impossible. Killing an imp anyone can do. And who else in the Greed Ring has a grudge against Fizz and Asmodeus that also happens to need an influx of cash? 🤔
@hidanprime Which is why Asmodeus really, really needs to find Crimson and make an extremely brutal example of him. It may not be 100% foolproof, but it could give some of his enemies pause if he explicitly shows what happens to anyone who tries to get to him through Fizz. Ozzie seems like a pretty chill Sin for the most part, but for Fizz's safety, he needs to be merciless and unforgiving in regards to this.
So many awesome things in this ep. Tom Cardy did the song during the competition. He's hilarious on UA-cam. A nod to Beetlejuice during Fizz's song with the coffin since he plays him on Broadway. The whole sign language thing. And a detail in there that Fizz has his own name sign. He's well known enough to have a sign for himself instead of spelling out his name. It's the letter F over the nose with a pinch like a clown nose. The fa t that Asmodeus rubs his head on Fizz's as it's the only place he can feel it still after the accident. The whole toxic boss relationship amd how it messes you up. Blitzø really being there for Fizz. Toxic fans too.

Well... We don't know if Crimson was just saying that to get under Ozzie's skin. But Lust Biblically is considered the least damning of sins, while Avarice (greed) is the second only to Pride.
The Bible says that all sins are equally damnable except blaspheming the Holy Spirit, which is unforgivable. However, yes, in extrabiblical texts, lust is seen as the least of the sins.
With all of the insanity in this show, it's kind of wonderful to see a relationship as healthy and wholesome as Fizz and Ozzie's. Watching Fizz put all of his heart and soul into performing, only for it to be corrupted and stolen by a greedy bastard, is just heartbreaking. From here on out, perhaps it can get better for the clown. Eh, but maybe I'm just daydreaming. It _is_ Helluva Boss, after all. I just don't want anything bad to happen to the little guy after this. The dude deserves some happiness, that's all.

my theory is that you know how fizz says that if he doesn't win that Ozzie is not going to want to be with him anymore well that's because like since cash praised him at his best and fizz saw how cash treated blitz at his worst he was scared of that happening to him as well so he's always been trying to be perfect so that people don't leave him in abandon him cuz he saw how blitz felt and he didn't want to feel like that so that's why he says you're only with me cuz who I am at my best and since no one has seen him at his worst he doesn't know if people will still care for him at his worst so he tries to stay at his best cuz he's not willing to risk his loved ones

I think Ozzy was judged *more* because he is Lust and not _just_ because he is Lust, so all the Sins are held to a standard. I think Bee is an exception because either she is so hound like or the personality she has is that in line with being with the lower classes so no one cares after centuries of this, or maybe she is judged but no one would dare say that to her face and demons like the hounds love her for it. Also loving a lower class wouldn't really be gluttoness since Gluttony is doing something too much not something forbidden, so unless she has multiple partners at once that she loves like Vortex (and also not just lusting after) then I'd say it's not gluttoness.

18:17 the way I see it, Blitzo didn’t blow his head off at that second was because Fizz was having a really bad anxiety attack. If you remember in the fist episode of the second season and the previous episode, Fizz makes it very clear that he isn’t like Blitzo at all as in he doesn’t like blood or gore or danger. If Blitzo offed him then and there, it may have put Fizz in an even worse state.

People forget in a Season 1 episode we got sinners who on Earth were inventing a de-aging machine to save the world's 3 trillionaires but failed cause they forgot to test it out on the poor...like they usually do. Based on that its safe to say it all is more advanced in timeline compared to real world.
Spindlehorse truly outdid themselves with this episode! Seeing Fizz escape his abusive relationship with Mammon and truly feel secure with Ozzie was so wonderful! The voice acting, animation, and songs all made this massive episode a treat!
Agreed everything in this episode was so good and probably the best episode of Season 2 so far. I personally really related to Fizz's anxiety and pressure for the approval of Mammon. Fizz may be my favourite character after this episode.

People are always surprised when Blitz doesn't shoot Creepo at first, but forget that when Blitz and Fizz were kids Fizz is grossed out by blood. Blitz saw Fizz was going into a panic attack and chose not to make it worse for him at that moment and just gun butted the asshole away. All so he could focus on comforting Fizz. As for Mammon saying Oz will regret his reveal, it definitely gives ominous feels. We don't know the laws, but who knows. Maybe it means stuff is going to go down in the future. I never heard of this episode coming out after Hazbin Hotel, I always heard it coming out around Halloween, but who knows. The twins that you think is a new demon species I believe are Imps/demons from the Envy ring, so Leviathan Imps. At least thats what many speculate.
They’re definitely from the Envy ring, which is an aquatic zone. But look at their horns. It’s fair to assume that that rules them out as an imp species. A type of succubus perhaps, given their on-stage performance. But I also wouldn’t rule out water nymphs such as undines for their inspiration.

I think the reason why Ozz might come to regret confirming his relationship with Fizz is the most obvious but one I've noticed a lot of people never noticing. His relationship with Fizz, as beautiful as it is, is a weakness of his we've already seen someone exploit before. Now that he publicly announced it, his enemies and rivals will eventually try to find a way to exploit that weakness.

I've seen people say that he probably knows sign language due to losing his voice after the accident, which would make sense since his vocal cords have obviously been affected so it wouldn't be surprising if there was a time he possibly couldn't speak. And the idea that the horns represent their hearing, so if one is broken they have less hearing in it or possibly death. The two ideas are cool and would make complete sense why fizz knows sign language. I would also love it if ozzie knew sign language himself, it'd just be so adorable seeing the two having a conversation through sign language.
The trouble with that theory is that we see in the flashback that all the flesh was melting of his arms from the fire. It's hard to do sign language with no hands.

Lastly. Though there's no rule against Ozzi dating Fizz, doesn’t mean it's not horribly frowned upon. From what we've seen, hell has a huge classism problem. It’s why Stolas got called out for sleeping with Blitzø at his club. Remember, we only met three sins out of seven so far, and though Bee might be okay with it as she's dating someone lower on hell's totem pole, Mammon showed that not all of them are as cool as she is. So, Mammon's threat was more directed at harming his reputation.
It’s also because Ozzie is the literal sin of LUST, so him actually being in love with Fizz and not just screwing him for fun is hugely hypocritical. I have a hunch it could also damage his position as a sun too. Looking forward to how that plays out
Bee is openly dating a Hellhound, which are considered to be the lowest on the totem pole, and no one seems to have an issue with that. Stolas at the time was still married, and honestly despite the song calling them out it felt as if Ozzie himself was praising him for following 'the spirit of lust' judging on the lyrics. Then that convo later clarifying to Ozzie that, no, it's more than that, Stolas loves Blitz. It feels like Stella and the others of her ranking might be the only higher-up demons with an issue with it so far. For Ozzie though, things might a bit different because of what Sin he is in particular... Lust.
Lust and Love are often in conflict. Ozzie has constantly been trying to hide the fact that he's genuinely in love with someone, let alone it being the headliner for his strip club restaurant thing. He's the embodiment of Lust, and he's in love. Now that it's out in the open that the Sin of LUST is personally straying away from the surface-level sexual interests towards more loving and deep relationships, with one specific person no less, his reputation among the hierarchy may be severely damaged.

As the supposed embodiment of lust, I imagine Ozzie falling in love would be quite the scandal within his circle of hell.
His and Fizz’s relationship was labeled in the tabloids in the previous episode as hypocrisy, so I imagine it’s gonna cause a PR nightmare for Ozzie, maybe even cost him his position as king of Lust.
If that happens, without his authority, power, and resources, who know how vulnerable him and Fizz may become.

Thing is love and lust aren’t mutually exclusive. For example, Gomez and Morticia Addams are clearly, obviously madly in love with each other, but that passion that they constantly show each other is born of a lust for each other.

But in religion, Lust is considered the least damning Sin while Avarice (greed) is just behind Pride as being the most damning. So i think currently it's safe to assume Mammon. Beelzebub vs Mammon? Entirely unclear.

Royals like Stolas, Paimon, and Octavia are extremely long living if not immortal. Yes that is the Sigil of Mammon. The double ringed sigils were originally created for the real life grimoire, The Lesser Key of Solomon in which the 72 demons of the Ars Goetia each had a sigil. Eventually other notable demons not listed in grimoire like the Peter Binsfeld classification of demon lords (the Seven Deadly Sins), Baphomet, and the demons named in Dante's Inferno also got Ars Goetia styled sigils. So far we have seen the sigils of Stolas, Paimon, Asmodeus, Beelzebub, and now Mammon.
Glitz and Glam were there as part of the Meet and Greet. They are also a species of Hellborn demons from the Envy Ring. Although their species isn't very well identified. There is a species of demons from the Envy Ring called "Possessors" but our only known canon Possessor was a background woman in Crimson's mafia who half Loan Shark, half-Possessor.
Any white on Imp's skin are scars. So Fizz's entire face is all burn scars as we saw last episode. The red remaining on his lip is because he was wearing a clown nose when his face was blown off.

When Hazbin Hotel was delayed, Viv had both teams from Hazbin and Helluva push this episode out. We theoretically could get "The Full Moon" late December but I wouldn't hold your breath.
This is the last episode for this year but we have the remaining 7 episodes of season two next year.

Everyone is so surprised that there's more than one song in this episode when the title is literally "Mammon's Magnificent MUSICAL Mid-season Special". Like, I've lost count of the number of reactors who are shocked by this.
Yes, the seal you see plastered everywhere is the Seal of Mammon. Queen Bee and Ozzy have one too (all the Sins have one) but their seals are highlighted in their intro episode thumbnails. For some reason this episode is missing the thumbnail seal for the Sin introduction.
If there's an official explanation for that, I haven't heard it yet.
We know the Ars Goetia demons have seals as well and Ozzie shares ranks with Paimon in that order.
I think he says "you are gonna regret revealing that" is because everyone knows what Ozzy's weakness is now.
Killing a Sin is near impossible. Killing an imp anyone can do. And who else in the Greed Ring has a grudge against Fizz and Asmodeus that also happens to need an influx of cash? 🤔

It may not be 100% foolproof, but it could give some of his enemies pause if he explicitly shows what happens to anyone who tries to get to him through Fizz. Ozzie seems like a pretty chill Sin for the most part, but for Fizz's safety, he needs to be merciless and unforgiving in regards to this.

So many awesome things in this ep. Tom Cardy did the song during the competition. He's hilarious on UA-cam. A nod to Beetlejuice during Fizz's song with the coffin since he plays him on Broadway. The whole sign language thing. And a detail in there that Fizz has his own name sign. He's well known enough to have a sign for himself instead of spelling out his name. It's the letter F over the nose with a pinch like a clown nose.
The fa t that Asmodeus rubs his head on Fizz's as it's the only place he can feel it still after the accident. The whole toxic boss relationship amd how it messes you up. Blitzø really being there for Fizz. Toxic fans too.
Just to point out: Fizz is a cyborg, not a robot (only his limbs are robotic, the rest is pure flesh and bones)😉

Well... We don't know if Crimson was just saying that to get under Ozzie's skin. But Lust Biblically is considered the least damning of sins, while Avarice (greed) is the second only to Pride.
The Bible says that all sins are equally damnable except blaspheming the Holy Spirit, which is unforgivable. However, yes, in extrabiblical texts, lust is seen as the least of the sins.

With all of the insanity in this show, it's kind of wonderful to see a relationship as healthy and wholesome as Fizz and Ozzie's.
Watching Fizz put all of his heart and soul into performing, only for it to be corrupted and stolen by a greedy bastard, is just heartbreaking. From here on out, perhaps it can get better for the clown. Eh, but maybe I'm just daydreaming. It _is_ Helluva Boss, after all. I just don't want anything bad to happen to the little guy after this. The dude deserves some happiness, that's all.

my theory is that you know how fizz says that if he doesn't win that Ozzie is not going to want to be with him anymore well that's because like since cash praised him at his best and fizz saw how cash treated blitz at his worst he was scared of that happening to him as well so he's always been trying to be perfect so that people don't leave him in abandon him cuz he saw how blitz felt and he didn't want to feel like that so that's why he says you're only with me cuz who I am at my best and since no one has seen him at his worst he doesn't know if people will still care for him at his worst so he tries to stay at his best cuz he's not willing to risk his loved ones

I think Ozzy was judged *more* because he is Lust and not _just_ because he is Lust, so all the Sins are held to a standard.
I think Bee is an exception because either she is so hound like or the personality she has is that in line with being with the lower classes so no one cares after centuries of this, or maybe she is judged but no one would dare say that to her face and demons like the hounds love her for it.
Also loving a lower class wouldn't really be gluttoness since Gluttony is doing something too much not something forbidden, so unless she has multiple partners at once that she loves like Vortex (and also not just lusting after) then I'd say it's not gluttoness.
