I love the way Kavakos explains the sense and feeling from the sonatas!

That violin’s alive like it’s electrified; overtones and ghost notes... just as incredible as his musicianship 👏👏

Greek does not translate well into the English spoken moment...but Leonidas tries his best to convey the feeling of interpretation. Excellent of you Leonidas. merci beaucoup

I always had the feeling that time stops, that it stands still at the end of the seconds movement of the Kreutzer and here he said it, nice. :-)

Yes the F Major key has Lyrical and pastorate feeling to it. Like the 6th Symphony and 6th piano sonata.

These are sonatas for piano with violin. Can we get the name of the pianist up there?

Kavakos is someone to be proud of as a greek, not Tsipras and Varoufakis!

His Paganini caprices are amazing performances. Literally only Heifetz and Paganini himself might have played them better. Faster? Maybe ONLY Paganini himself.....

Heifetz definitely didn't play Pag's caprices better than Kavakos. Ning Feng and Kogan come pretty close tho
