Everybody in Israel hates the so-called "New" Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv (there is an open air old bus station not far away). There's been talk about demolishing it for years, but it's so massive it's a problem. If you're in that part of town, there's a train station up the street which has trains to many cities.
@@EvaOwen No, but the train station (Tel Aviv Hahagana) is only about 100 feet away & that will take you to 2 other Tel Aviv train stations. I think one of them - Tel Aviv Savidor has a light rail station nearby.

Hi Gabriel. In 1995, back when I was in my contemporary issues class in high school in Massachusetts. The two most central train/bus stations in Tel Aviv are actually HaShalom and Savidor. You can take a train/bus from either of those to anywhere you want, and they are much easier than the one you went to.

You should've taken the train :-) As for the bus station, it is set to close in 2027. No plan on what they'll do with this site, demolish it or tray to repurpose it somehow. Originally the 6th floor was for inter city buses and urban were on floors 1 and 2 (so people will have to go through the shopping mall to get to the inter city buses) due to contamination the lower floors were closed and opened the roof as floor 7.

You would have to wait at the station anyway but the train is more staight forward, the tend to arrive on time comapred to the buses and you don't have to drive trough the crazy traffic jams we have. I avoid buses here at all costs.
Plus, Tel Aviv central bus station is a freaking bizzar place. You have there an atomic shelter, a bat cave etc... the most random stuff and it's also not the safest place to be in.
The train is much faster too.
I remember this place from the '90's. What an awful bus station. Honestly, I didn't even know it is still working. Its a total flop. I heard they were going to demolish it. Next time please take the train 😂...
Hey Gabe, do you know a fella that goes by the name Gareth Southgate? You might wanna look him up and give him a call to reunite.
Great video again Gabriel !!! 😀😀😀 Come to the Bosnia & Herzegovina again !!! 😀😀😀
You should've taken the train :-)
As for the bus station, it is set to close in 2027.
Maybe they make the directions confusing to thwart terrorist!
That's what I thought.
Omg what a nightmare. I guess the last thing you would want to do is shopping that obviously wasn’t working . Felt like that movie Ground Hog day 😂
I got trapped in Google play. For months. I will have to travel at east to recover something. I can't believe it.
