@@enzobrown9208 Nothing equates investing and when it's done properly, you don't need to get all worked up about money any more as it creates a lot of extra income.
The points this video makes are completely true. One thing I would like to add that wealthy people do that poor people don't and that is, they surround themselves with like minded people. When you do this you now have network of people you can bounce ideas off of and collaborate together. Another thing they do is, listen and take advice from other successful people. Don't take financial advice about creating wealth from a person who is broke themselves. Anyway, great video.

I'm so thankful that I never really had any of these, except maybe being afraid of failure and giving up too soon. But luckily I've worked on both of those super hard the last year or so. However, in improving myself I have noticed others with these 5 types of mindsets. My Father is a pessimist, "I HATE TO FAIL". I can't really talk him out of that mindset. I got another friend that complains so much(to be fair I complain a lot too but I like to see the reason why I failed or why something didn't work.) and just wont listen to anyone but himself.

I see this everyday in so many people- I’ve always been told I’m risky- I have taken chances with everything in my life and I can say pretty much at 46 I’m happily married, happy with a career that gives me financial freedom and deep happiness in every way. I’m blessed now because in my 20’s and 30’s I stepped out of my comfort zone every day to grow and evolve. Life was not easy - in fact it was extremely difficult but this is exactly what “the slight edge” philosophy is all about- things that are hard now will become easier later- the problem with most people I see today is they want it easy NOW ( in all things) - it’s a universal law- life doesn’t work like that. Stop wanting handouts or your parents to do it for you...! So lucky my parents cut the cord at 18 and did not swoop in and rescue me. It made me smart, persistent and unable to settle.

Was working in investment management after doing Masters in Finance and CAIA making good $120k. But started buying a few real estate units and set up 2 online businesses plus traded crypto over last 2 years and seen my average income between $170k to $190k (excluding my career income) so quite job last year. Aim to buy more real estate units and get income to $200k a year. Expect to only work less than 20 hrs a week. Beats commute and 80 hrs work week. But I would not be in this position with my masters and 4 years of investment management work.

Keeping your distance helps. My own family members have these mindsets but I feel my mindset has improved over the past few years because I no longer live with them. Stay away from negative energy! And if you have to be near them, just tell yourself you are nothing like them. You are your own person. You control your own life/destiny. It may be harsh but it's the truth!
AJ H. Definitely is the truth. Moved out September of 2019 due to that fact and I can honestly say I have no regrets towards my decision.

Great point of view but diamonds are not rare, diamonds are expensive because of marketing not because they're rare. Diamonds actually number among the most common gems.

Penny saved is a penny earned, so true. Far to many fall for the gotta be seen attitude. When you let yourself fall into the gotta spend it attitude to look cool and blingy you fail. Do not try to match others in what they have done. Far to many times i have had more successful ask for money, because they overspent on looking cool. Many also take advantage of those who are oblivious to their bad spending behavior.

Eliminating any one or more of these 5 types of personalities/characters would make you much more happier even if you don't become rich. If you're not rich it doesn't necessarily mean your broke or struggling. Especially if you don't possess any of these personalities.
1. People who are scared of failure
2. People who complain
3. People who don't continuously learn
4. People who don't hold them responsibilities
5. People who quit easily

This video ain't nothing but the NAKED TRUTH......
While all these points maybe commonplace and somewhat right from an individualistic standpoint, this is NOT a guarantee to become rich & successful, even if you completely commit to those five points! It just makes life easier, if you not complain all the time. But alas, to complain or not to complain, is a personality trait and at least very hard to control.
Speaking of born traits, the most decisive factor whether you'll be rich or not, is being born into the right household and pure luck. Being brought up in a rich household will force you into a certain mindset and give you vastly greater chances to venture.
I have a friend who has no 'luck' in employment. She got fired on several occasions. And it's allways 'why me?' She is allways looking for some external reason why this happened to her. She also started an education and gave up after more than a year. Time and money down the drain. Again 'why me?' I want to be supportive but after knowing her for so long and all the drama, I am seriously tempted to tell her to have a good look inside in stead of wanting to blame some or other force in the universe.
Ouch yep, I have met plenty of those people. Let's do the math. You cannot be having a bad day EVERY DAY. That is bullshit, it is mathematically IMPOSSIBLE. If you are having a bad day EVERY day, then ugh that's your average day. Get mean and dominate . . . um smile

I think rich people have problems too they take orders from a higher power, like government systems and their own vulnerabilities, you relaxating on the beach and a bird ship on you being rich, what the problem 🤗💰💴💶💷💸💪👍

I've worked for rich bosses that complained endlessly, only know one thing, and are extremely fearful of failure at everything outside their one specialization. I didn't watch the last two after having been thoroughly unimpressed by the first three.

That's a faulty mindset. Those who love and worship money will not make it to heaven; however, you can be a rich person and go to heaven. Job and David are good examples of this.
