these guys are great with Norm, and you can tell that Norm is legitimately enjoying this. Really, they are great interviewers for him. They're engaging, articulate, respectful, open-minded, non-judgemental, personable, funny, intelligent without pretention, and non-idealistic. Absolutely enjoyable interview. "I don't like structure" That sums up Norm. His UA-cam Video podcasts were the funniest things ever done, him, just being himself, let loose, but then when he went to Netflix, structure held him down, even though they were good, they weren't as loose and as funny as his youtube podcasts were.
The only man I never knew that I cried when he died. Rest of utmost power and love Mr Norm. What upsets me most about his death is most people are too dumb to understand him. I do my best to keep up with his brilliance and grace.

I love Norm Macdonald. I don't agree with him on some things (mind you I think he's smarter than me) but I love how he thinks and I think he's a lot more thoughtful than most other people
I'm from a small town in Canada. His old fashioned mindset was the culture of his time, unfortunately, but I agree that he's very thoughful and open-minded. Curiosity is a great thing. He pushed some buttons but he also asked some good questions and pointed out some hypocrisies (and always in a lighthearted way).

Of course there isn’t a way to prove any of the spiritual ramblings here, but that’s why faith is the evidence of things not seen. Norm says he doesn’t know anything about the nature of God, but I have faith that some of the concepts that are coded within the Bible tell us a little about it. lol, haven’t heard this in a while. The universe is actually 14 billion years old. The reason life seems to wants to propogate itself is that life which didn't, didn't, and therefore their genes were not propogated.
This sounds clever, but the logic you're offering amounts to: life propagates because life propagates. By some definitions, life which doesn't try to propagate isn't life. Nonetheless, it does little to address the philosophical motivations behind the question "why is there life?" From our rational understanding of the nature of the universe there seems to be little to no reason that life should exist, other than the fact that it does. The universe and the rules which govern it work equally well without it, although there might not be anyone there to ponder that fact.
