It helps for sure, but if you want to start from scratch, follow these principles and your family's wealth will grow

Here is my Take. I have been in crypto since 2017. My crypto portfolio has actually 20x'd. Still live a regular lifestyle minus the golfing trips every weekend. I live below my means. and since it's a new asset class, it's the new thing to invest in. With real estate, if you own multiple properties, you have to mention property taxes, and squatters. That's here in american, not sure how it is in Hong Kong. But with crypto, it's stress free. Just my saying.
That's awesome! You're definitely in the minority of people who made it big via crypto. Most of the people I know who made lots of money by speculating and making risky plays lost it a few years later by doing the same strategy. :/
To put it shortly. Get a lot of money - Buy a lot of real estate - Wait.
Most people, me included, struggle with the first step.
Baby steps dude. Save little by little. Took me about a year to save for a down payment for my first rental. Due to I live in NYC I had to look outside the city to invest. I ended up investing in a location 3 hours away from me where by car.
Exactly this! Start small and build over time
U.S. stocks have historically been the best investment. Much safer than real estate. Treat it like real estate, don't panic sell and impulse buy.
I like both! But in my experience, most of the millionaire that I know have gained their wealth through real estate.

Third secret is they migrate.
It helps, but some of them have done very well by staying in their home country. But like I mentioned before, the ones doing REALLY well typically have their own business.

To be honest, out of everyone I know that is well off, only one person has made it big via crypto. There have been some crypto millionaires that were flashy and flaunting their wealth up until 2022 when everything crashed.
