I can't believe how cheap food is in Mexico ...yet they use all fresh ingredients and give a very generous amount. Not to mention the exhausting labor they all put into making the food from scratch.

Yes, you are right!! That's because mass produced tortillas are very thin and become soggy and brake really easy, unlike homemade tortillas...

Tijuana and baja are really really far from here... but everytime i go out on a trip, I try and film some local street food.
Well, if you're ever in the Tijuana, Otay Mesa area. I recommend you trying "Tacos El Compa" they are tacos de Birria,, but they are a Special taco,, it's a must stop on every trip I make to Mexico, trip isn't complete until I get mi some "Tacos El Compa"!
