Cabeza tacos are amazing, I live in California and they are served at most good Taquerias here although I think most of them just use the cheek meat and don't cook the whole head I wish. My favorite taco by far are Seso Tacos aka brain tacos. These mouth watering light fluffy and delicious tacos are made up of either goat or cow brains and are truly a delight (when done correctly!!!!) Now these are MUCH much harder to find here I only know of a couple places that have them luckily one of my favorite trucks have them she's just a little far from my house. Now the kicker is like I said when done right because I have had them dense chewy and dark. Yuck, these you want to stay away from they need to be light pink fluffy and soft and then they will literally melt in your mouth omg I'm getting hungry.. anyway great video I get made fun of because I love to try new foods that many in my house wouldn't try but I say if you don't try everything life has to offer you will miss out on the best parts of life and the tastiest part as well!!!!!

I spent 3 years living and traveling EVERYWHERE in Mexico. I had an FM3 card 😃. You're videos are spot on in they way street food is there. My mouth waters with great memories through your videos. Great job man. On a side note I've shown probably 50 friends what AUTHENTIC Mexican food is and I'm sure they are thankful as well.

a Mexican market usually for 50 dollars a lot of times they take the tongue and sell it separate once you get it wrap it real good with foil paper and put in the oven on 350 for about 3 or 4 hours just like you would a roast then pull the meat off warm some tortillas and cilantro n onions n salsa so good
