Imho shimenawa with EM sands is the best set for Ganyu in a melt team coz you shouldn't use her burst in the rotation or you'll mess up melting her charged shots, you dont want the burst icicles stealing the melts. I dont use wanderers on Ganyu btw, I have a blizzard set when I play her in a freeze team, and shimenawa for melt team. Shimenawa's buff is 10 secs, and coincidentally, the cooldown of Ganyu's E is also 10 secs so yeah something is going on there.
I've made a whole video on this (havent uploaded it yet) most of her melts dont get effected by it and i came out with the opinion its too close to care about
nahh thats the pyro shield crystallize reaction between pyro and geo + the particle effects of chili buff which makes the shield look a bit more transparent.. You can also say its a visual bug that doesnt occur for everyone xD
my ganyu does more damage with 2pc+2pc atk.. no melt.. 18k+34k or something.. with wonderer its like 16k+31k..🙂 i mean is it normal to deal more damage with atk build?
@@TheGenshinIdiot i have amos.. and in my experiment she did more damage ( no reaction) with atk build.. and i also tried to use atk circlet. she does more damage with that 🙂 but i can't use that because my CRIT rate is so low with that 🙂
Hot take i personally think ganyu is pretty (edit forgot to put mid here) without a 5* bow i had her since launch and she does mid dmg while crowned (like 40k) Other then that geat vid
you mean pretty mid? If you're using her as a main dps then sure i can see that but her real potential comes out with her burst off field dps and cryo buffing.

I mean you also have to look at the crit dmg also if you dont use Amos bow that will give you enogh atk to make the atk build do less than wonderer

this could mean that your wanderer ganyu is lacking attack and em. stats over sets. keep the 2pc 2pc until you get a stat equivalent wanderers

Shimenawa is good if you can get enough energy recharge to be able to use your burst other than that wonderers is better

@Maishiro It depends if you have xianglings burst and e up ive found it doesn't effect the melts that often
he gave a great one. Shimenawa outdoes in consistent dps.
