From what I've seen he changed the way he approach the game. Remember at one time there was a debate between Steph and Kyrie on who has the best handles? Steph went away from that shifty player and expanded his range and stepbacks. Then he started bulking up so now he can just muscle his way in instead of relying so much on changing directions.

I was at this game and i will always say this is the night the nba changed forever.Steph got snubbed from the all star game as he was right on the cusp of jumping to that next level, he took his frustrations of the snub out on the knicks in a nationally televised game. Funny thing is steph cooked felton but felton blocked his the last shot of the game to save the knicks. Craziest atmosphere at a game ive ever been to it was unbelievable the shots he was making.

I love Shump but I honestly think Steph "The animal" Curry was like Thanos...he was INEVITABLE! The night before the Knicks, Golden State played Miami in Miami and Steph put up 38 points on them! So Steph the beast was definitely waking up...Shump MIGHT have slowed Steph down, but Steph was DEFINITELY gonna be that dude! Mark Jackson gave Steph the blue light to shoot so Steph's confidence was through the roof!
