Do you use a cotton batting for the lining or a fusible fleece?
Hi There! You can use both cotton batting or fusible fleece.
If using the batting simply tack into place so it doesn't shift around too much.
If using fusible press carefully from the right side with a cloth so it doesn't damage the patchwork.
If you are making a stash buster just use what you have to hand!
