The Burrito looks good but as you said the cheese needs to be melted. Interesting place but the food was a little too simplistic.

Canyon grill on lookout mtn ga is good food but the atmosphere is not ideal
I’m a local and thus restaurant is overrated by the locals. The food isn’t great the service isn’t friendly and there is never a table. I wish Chattanooga had better restaurants in general. We do reviews as well.
So far I think I enjoyed River Drifters the most out of all the spots I've sampled in Chattanooga for the overall experience. Not a lot of what I would call fancy restaurants in the area that I have found although some have prices like a high end place.
