    Nice workout!! What race pace were the 1.2k/400/200 repeats done respectively? And what were your rest times between each set?

    For a 10km perspective, in a training block. You think a Steady/Strong LR is optimal or you dont need it? I mean a training week like this: Tuesday 5kmPace Session, Friday 10kmSpecific, Sunday LR day ? And you just alternating the 10km Work with Treshold/Tempo Work every week?

      I think a long run steady or even a session in the long run can be a great session in a 10K block. You should want to make sure you’re recovered from the long run so need to treat it like a session in terms of fuelling and post session fuelling.
      I would then put the 5K session on the Friday and the 10K or threshold work on the Tuesday because after the long run and with only one day in between 5K specific may feel pretty rough

      Thank you very much . I though it was better for having fresh legs before the 10km Specific as it will be the goal event. So its ok if you alternate 1 week Treshold with 1 week 10kmWork?

    what would u eat before a morning session if u only had an hour to digest the food?

      I would wake up earlier so I had more than an hour. But if I really had to do that. I would have a carb drink to sip throughout and then have something really high carb like bagel or a banana and a carbohydrate bar or a gel

      Around LT2 & then 3K pace
