Quick note about those types of scales. If you have an implanted electrical device like a pacemaker - please check to see if it is safe to use with your device. Smart scales often send a small electrical pulse into your body to get those measurements so they are usually not safe for pacemakers.

If you feel it would be safe; I would definitely try to do a, “ move with me” video including, packing, shopping for essentials, road trip footage, exploring your new town with your boys, etc. I love your food prep, emergency preparedness videos as well.

I feel you on the health goals because I am working on health goals myself and I am making goals as I go along with the information that I receive. As far as budgeting goals, I set some goals for myself for the year, but as you know….things happen and new goals come or other goals shift. I'm on my way to reach MY OWN healthy weight too. Doing menus, grocery lists and respecting my budget for my groceries have helped me a lot. Also, thank you very much for sharing your UA-cam goals too. I'm a new UA-camr and it helps to hear from your perspective too! Good luck on reaching your goals! I hope you stay healthy and strong with all those changes this year!
I hope your health journey is off to a great start! The no fast food aspect of mine has been an absolute disaster so far. (It's really hard to cook in the tiny kitchen we have.) Hoping that one goes better for us when we move out of this studio apartment. However, I did end up cutting out all sugary drinks earlier this month and I'm feeling so much better after that switch. =) ❤ And you are so welcome, I love being transparent on this channel. wishing you all the luck and fun on your own channel and youtube journey! ❤❤❤

It’s ok to change and shift a budget. I do the same. I will not quit this time. Litte by little we will get this. I also have been tracking my calories. I drink lots of water. It’s always good to do small baby steps. Until we get it straight.

Have you tried Cirkle bottles yet? Flavored water. They sell them at Wal-Mart
I haven't I'll have to look in to those bottles! I will say, since filming this video I have cut out all sodas and sugar coffees and I'm loving the true lime drink add ins. Are the cirkle bottles similar to those?
