Yes the storytelling in her songs is what I love about her writing. She is able to place you write in the middle of the plot and give you all the context to understand and also make your interpretations. Right Where You Left Me and Enchanted are great examples of this.
Just a few recommendations for some of her great live vocal performances: - Don't Blame Me (Reputation Tour) - Out of the Woods (1989 Tour) - Dear John (Speak Now Tour) - Any of the songs from her Tiny Desk performance or BBC performance - Any songs from Folklore Long Pond Studio Sessions I am also a big fan of her acoustic stuff. I feel like a lot of her live acoustic performances are better than the studio versions of the songs. And she is so great at conveying emotion through her live performances!
You should check out her singing “don’t blame me” live on the eras tour. Her vocals are infinitely better than most people think. The vocals in that performance are great 🙌
I didn't expect this omg I usually only watch the Whitney reactions because they're my favorite but my worlds are colliding!! Taylor is my second favorite artist after Whitney, I'm excited!!!
When you listen to this song again you will hear the first thing she talks about is the car. Taylor is famous for starting and ending the song with the same line or follow-up, it’s another thing we love about her, her writing is the best! Enjoyed your video and hope you will decide to do more on Taylor’s discography!
Taylor plays acoustic and electric guitars, piano, banjo, and ukulele. She also learned to play a 12-string guitar, but I have not seen her play one live. She may have picked up some other instruments like drums, possibly a violin if we go by her Lover MV. Great reaction, I might subscribe if you do more Taylor content, I am not into all those singers that do all those runs, I prefer the story-telling more.
When she does a performance like this, it's the PURITY of the performance that gets me. So few pop stars of her high profile can pull that off-including the ones that are better vocalists and/or better dancers. That's because in America, if the most frequent image we have of a woman is her in a sparkly leotard and thigh-high boots, that person is usually a "performer" or a "pop star" before they're anything else, including a songwriter. So you never see those folks just sitting with their own singular instrument, serenading a crowd with a song that was written not by a committee or with endless samples stacked on top of it, but entirely by herself. But this woman really was and is a songwriter first. She just happened to also be a glamazon with broad commercial appeal and a competent enough singer to perform those songs herself, so she ended up being able to do it in front of 60k people night after night (it helps if you have an emotional connection to the song 😉). Gaga is maybe the only other current spectacle-showwoman for whom that's true (though she obviously also has vocal talent Taylor doesn't. And yet, as Taylor herself has said, they've all got crowns 👑😌)
you should do don’t blame me by taylor!

This is my favorite performance of this song. It’s from her album Lover released in 2019.
The thing what i ❤ about taylor is her ability to paint a pictures with words

I'm shocked when people say that she can not sing. She can sing but she is not vocalist. She herself said that she is songwriter first and foremost.
I loved your reaction ❤
She maybe not a great vocalist but she's a top notch writer , you should listen to her album "folklore"
I'm glad you react to Taylor swift again❤
Me too!
PLEASE react to Chappel Roan singing "Good Luck Babe" live on Jimmy Fallon ❤

Please do Ariana Grande The Boy is Mine Remix with Brandy & Monica!!
Obviously she’s not the strongest singer in the world, but she’s improved a lotttt since her debut.
She is a strong singer. Not everybody needs to do whistle notes. Her voice is more nuisance
Can you do Mastermind by Taylor Swift.
