Hello Sir have a question, i already configured my DVR and can remotely view cameras using the same connection i plugged to DVR but i cant access my DVR using other connection/mobile data . Any help with this?
@@BilalAhmed-yn3yx not helpful. You need to provide instructions on how to set it up. I am trying to set up this NVR but is only limited to the local network. I tried scanning it using IVMS-4500 but it does not recognize the QR code. The one on Device info > ivms client only adds the device locally

Sir i have done all with this i can see the live view in app also but at my dvr get reboot it will reset my remote view setting

If I plug network cable to nvr where i will put regular switch cables
I think there should be a port for the LAN cable and then ports for the ethernet cables for your ip cams

Its says you can share a device once its registered ,how do you do that?
Yes you can click on Manage share device and share the remote viewing with other devices.

The way you adding the device is wrong, you are adding the device through the local ip address. You need to scan the QR code which is a serial number.
