  • Is there something wrong with me?
    I mean, besides the obvious.
Quiet Carry’s knives intrigue me over and over, and they’re nicely made, yet when I get them in my hands, I don’t “feel” anything.
And it’s not an over-inflated sense of expectation from their knives being so over-hyped (and they are), I don’t have unrealistic expectations, but they just never “wow” me.
But as I try to make crystal clear through all of this, they’re well made and use really great materials, and I’ve never heard of anyone getting a defective one; so the quality is there. So wtf is it??
Anyway, let’s take a look at the Drift. Yet another puzzle for me 🤷‍♂️

Real life use here. 3 years in the pocket everyday cutting produce, rope, card board etc. Never cut my finger on the choil. I'd vouch for it's capability any day. Absolute love it.

This knife screams utility and ease of carry. I actually prefer the wire pocket clip versus milled Titanium. I bought this knife after I rusted a nitro-v blade on a Marine Corps range week last year. I've carried this almost every day since then, and it's seen a lot of use. It stands out to me because how easy it is to carry and how practical it is in daily use. I've been passionate about knives for years and nothing has been in my pocket more than this thing. The rustproof materials, weight, and awesome blade geometry make this a 10/10 for me.

I’ve had my Drift for a couple years now and it’s absolutely fantastic. The clip is perfect. Good retention and smooth so I’m not worried about it scratching things like my leather seats. Can’t say the same about the Caladan😅

Absolutely a banger but for the price I'll still have to get what I can afford to take with me that I don't have to worry about losing

first review of the drift that's really resonated with me. I've WANTED to go with it as my full time EDC, but I just can't transition from my small sebenza 31. The seb feels just as slicey, but is more confidence inspiring should it be needed for hard tasks. That said, the rust-proof qualities, aesthetics, ergos, and carry profile are all fantastic, so it's my second choice for carry behind my CRK's

The Drift is very nice, the large is next level goodness 🔥

  • @user-Bladewalker

Super appreciate you pointing out the good points. I personally love a thin knife but I'm not taking a risk of that sucker going swimming

I have had a drift for a few years. Absolutely love it. Beat the hell out of it and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality user. I think because of all the hype you were set up for disappointment. When I got it wasn’t expecting much but after having and using it as much as I do I actually like it more than I thought I would.

Drift textured handle Large was awesome honesty one of the best production knives I've had- just never grabbed it out of the lineup lacks that bling compared to the others for me

  • @isthebeeflol

Best knife I've ever owned g10 version though. It drops shut after break in. Like the clip too..

  • @BladeLabMiami

You should check out the knurled version. It takes care of the slippery factor. QC's knurling is peerless in the knife world, in my opinion. Looks fantastic, too.

Love the intro music, lots of guts.! You're underwhelmed.? Reckon Slim Jim here would make a great addition EDC for mushroom hunters. Vanax, sounds like a medical term. Love your Kansept knives Weim vid. Cheers mate.

another great review. my complaint is the thinness. hard for me to hold

  • @brianjohnson3743

Didn’t like the frame lock version, but the G10 one is awesome. Lighter, cheaper, better grip than the titanium, without the ridiculously sensitive lock bar. The clip is fine; better than the clip on any CRK at half the price. It’s my workout, beach, boat knife, and it’s perfect for that.

The Drifts for me are the Drift L (bigger version and sooo much better) and Drift LC on caged bearing… perfectly contoured. The regular Drift was too small for me.

  • @nycmaverick

Looks nice. But I like plain form factors . Thats why my watch is an Explorer.

  • @ix8750

My brother has a drift, its okay but I honestly think I prefer my Kunwu Tao, I think the action is better it feels more solid, it has front and back flippers which inalso prefer over studs and it was slightly cheaper too.

I’m sick of reviewers overhyping everything. Keep calling out legit criticisms. So many straight grifters on UA-cam. Too scared to offend companies & risk losing free product.

  • @bittabrutha31

Looks good but it’s too small for me and the pocket clip could be nicer.

  • @gosmitch

Love mine but I am an office drone
