- Pulling out another 'lost video' from last year, here we look at and talk about another weird Arisaka used by the Japanese Navy. This is the so-called Type 02/45. Basically, this is a very late-war (i.e. Last Ditch) rifle chambered for 6.5x50mm built with many cast iron trainer parts around an old pre-WWI Type 35 action.
For more information, checkout the video and also our Japanese Firearms playlist.

You do have some nice Japanese rifles
Misha have you ever handled a yan xishan rifle before? They were a Chinese copy of the arisaka made at the shanxi arsenal.
Yes, I have.
Any chance of a video on one?
Hi Mishaco,
I have an import M99 short rifle. It’s stamped on the right side barrel 2” back from muzzle ;
CAI ST. A. VT.
M99 7.7 JAPAN
THE stamp is very old. You’ve not mentioned imports. I’m wondering how many exist and when they were imported, etc?
Thanks
Murph
I would love to see a scot doing gun reviews
Wonder if these are on sale on the civilian market
At 4:18 you mentioned that this is your last video... is this true or am i misinterpreting what you're saying?
I hope not. I'm sure it is not their last.
Good afternoon. Do you know anything about GSAD Ak 47’s? If you have a video on it, can you get me a link? Thanks
