Me too I had to use my cricut mug press glad I found your video because I thought I was tripping but nope it ruined my image on the cup ghosted and smeared
I knew I wasn’t trippin either. I measured my mugs and the specs and there’s zero room for 15oz mugs
This would probably work best with 15, 20, and 30 ounce tumblers. Since they are not as wide as a 15 ounce mug.
I did hear the cricut 15oz mugs work but not any other ones

Yeah, I had the same experience with the HTVront auto mug press with the 15-oz mug.
They shouldn’t market it for 15 oz mugs honestly. It works great for tons of other glasses, mugs and tumblers though !
Causes so much ghosting
It’s great for everything except 15oz mugs though. I do use it for my tumblers
