Lehsuni Aloo Palak - Easy to Make Recipe | लहसुनी आलू पालक सब्जी | Chetna Patel Recipe

Ingredients :
300-350 gm - Palak With Stem
Take a Pan add Water and blanch the Palak like Soft and strain the Palak and pour chilled water and keep aside , Grind With Hand Blender like Coarse grinded
Take a Pan n add
1/4 Cup - Oil
6 Small - Potato ( Cut into 2 Part )
Prick in middle
Fry Potato Golden in Slow Flame
remive extra oil and add
1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1 no - Onion Chopped ( Big )
2 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
saute till golden
2 no - Red Dry Whole Chilli
Take a small bowl and aa
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Corainder Cumin Powder
add little water and mix it
add into Above Kadhai or Pan
mix verywell
1 tsp - Red Chilli flakes
2 no - Tomato Chopped
Salt to taste
saute till tomato soften completely
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
add Above Palak Paste and mix very well
add Potato ,cook in slow flame
1/4 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
close the lid and cook till oil seperates
1/2 tsp - Roasted Besan or Gram Flour
mix very well
Serve and Garnish with
Fried Garlic
Coriander leaves chopped
